Spectacular Stay and the Best Front Office Team
When we checked in, we had an issue with checking in since our booking was made through Hilton Points, and the way our booking was done made it unacceptable for us to check-in, however that day Mr. Kaung and Mr. Hani from Front Office Team made an exception for us and solved our big issue without hesitation. Other than that, during our stay they were so polite with us especially Mr. Kaung, and not to forget Mrs. Neile was super friendly and helpful for any thing we asked for, they even provided us with a complimentary late check-out. Would definitely visit this hotel again, as long as they will keep their front office team. Btw, this is me and Mr. Kaung in the photo attached.

Our room at double tree was very spacious. We also had breakfast included so there was a rich buffet to start your day right. Receptionists are all very kind and always open for any questions. Room service was always extremly well done. Thanks to Manju for letting us have a little suprise on our bed every day after coming home - see the pictures :-)
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, friendly, very service minded staff. Room and other areas always clean. Breakfast was very good, nice selection and well organized. Can recommend the massage they have. I was upgraded when I arrived.
Eid Vacation Ruined, disappointing stay
My first very disappointing stay with Hilton. I am a fan of Hilton hotels, member of Honors and i use to stay a lot at Hilton hotels in Dubai specially during covid19 pandemic because they use to take high care of hygiene but i was really shocked with i faced at this hotel unfortunately, since arrival till checkout, my family Eid vacation literally ruined. 1. Valet parking dont follow the regulations, dont use plastic covers for the steering and seats and didn't open the car window, it was just 10% opened, note: self parking is not available. 2. My booking was for 2 nights and they didn't clean the room, didn't change the bed sheets, didn't change the towel the 2nd day although i left the cleaning light on. 3. To get more water all gusts in the floor need to go the common water dispenser and refill the water bottles. 4. After checkin it tooks them around 30 minutes to send the luggage to the room although there was no traffic or crowed at the hotel. 5. After all mentioned above i have requested late checkout which they refused although i spoke to their supervisor, they said the hotel is fully booked, although i did not see many guests at the hotel its was like 20% occupied and most Dubai hotels give very late checkout specially during pandemic period and low tourism traffic. I have never seen similar situation at any Hilton hotel before, definitely never going to stay again at this hotel.
The staff was amazing 👏they did an excellent job we were served so well and looked after also. Will surley visit again Great work 💪 Appreciated the extra level of job ahead We were overwhelmed The food was amazing and the desserts too. Best experience
