Enestående service med blomster på senga
Du føler deg verdsatt som gjest på Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette hvert eneste sekund. Alltid den beste service! Alltid blomster på senga når rommet er klargjort. Alltid smil. Med ansatte som Diana, Harry og Hensley blir oppholdet en avslappende og hyggelig opplevelse. De klarer å sette gjesten i sentrum hele tiden; Huske hvilken kaffe du ønsker til frokost, hvor du ønsker å sitte - og alltid med et smil. Til lunsj og middag har du to hovedvalg; Restaurant Aqua 180 eller Nautilius. Aqua 180 byr på en bra ala carte-meny mens Nautilus har forskjellig buffet hver ukedag. Begge er bra, men maten på Aqua 180 er hakket bedre. Seng skuldrene. Nyt oppholdet.
Hospitality and overall experience was really good. Janitor Jesicca, the Chef and Kelvin & his team(from Restaurant) took really good care of us. Hotel premises arranged all the experiences which were promised initially. They served with all delicious food items along with Indian food which they used to prepare on Adhoc basis just to ensure our overall stay is smooth and happy.

I wrote a review last week and forgot to mention a few other things that made me really regret the price of a day package @ Rs 2750 per person through marideal. We were seven girls, celebrating my birthday and school reunion.For that mauritan price at the lunch buffet we had chicken wings saute with vegetables and egg curry with sausage! Like seriously ....!!! Tea time was only pancake and drinks were too sweet and very out of flavour..smelly napkins and glasses. Food was at very low standard overall...no fresh,exotic fruits and limited small cakes. We had to wait long to use the shower facilities as there was only one available . The toilet downstairs by the pool was unkept and a foul smell. The only guy who was professional was the aquagym guy. There were two guys trying to be overfamiliar and making unprofessional comments and trying to be over friendly crossing their work related boundaries. People pay that price to enjoy some quality and luxury time but unfortunately the hotel has gone down to its standard...it was recommended by us after a friend who stayed there previously but it was a disappointing experience.
I want to extend a big thank you to Ayay and his team at the Raddison Blu Lafayette for truly making my stay extra special. Their exceptional hospitality and meticulous attention to detail made me feel like royalty throughout my time there. The friendly reception staff ensured that every aspect of my stay was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. If you're seeking a clean and breathtaking place to rest and have fun, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit.
Not great !
I celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel on sunday, we booked a day pwckage. I must say we didn't had a great experience. For the price we paid, the service was poor, the selection of food at the buffet was a total disaster, we had chicken wings in sauté chicken, no choice of dessert, no fruits. The glasses were smelly,same as for the napkins. The drinks were awful ...coke was smelling foul, ice tea was far too sweet. We paid Rs 2750 per person and it was a rip off for this price. Tea tine we only had pancakes which were again not of any great taste. I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service and selection of service and not worth the price . R
