Not a good choice for a quiet holiday.

A good hotel for families but not suitable if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The 'restaurant' is very noisy and busy, although the food quality is very good. The entertainment programme goes on throughout the day until 2230. Great if you want that but it is intrusive if you don't. Swimming pools are clean and there are plenty of sun loungers if you are prepared to put up with the noise. Location is on the edge of town with a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Good location, food and friendly staff. Quite big assortment of drinks. Very good beer and wine. Not so far beautiful beach. There is mini market near by and few souvenirs shops also. Big rooms and parking place near by.

Freezing cold pools ruined the holiday!

We are currently at this hotel, please do not book unless you don’t plan on using the pool! All the pools are freezing cold! It has been so upsetting seeing my son (age 6) try so hard to get in the pool and enjoy himself when it is freezing cold water! There is 1 pool they claim to be heated and apparently it’s set at 25/26 degrees, I beg to differ! Working at a health club we set our pool at 29 degrees for fitness swimming and 30 degrees or above for childrens swimming lessons so 25/26 degrees is really not acceptable! For the last 4 days we’ve watched endless amounts of people getting in then out again after just a few minutes as they too can not bare it. After speaking with the hotel every day the assistant manager finally came to talk to us and refused to do anything as apparently it meets Spanish laws… this has ruined our much needed little family holiday! The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and the rooms are nice and spacious with everything needed. The entertainment is not great and the kids disco is the only 40 minutes of entertainment a day and is English song but translated into Spanish… my son has not wanted to go the last 2 nights as it’s just repetitive!… The food is poor, plenty of selection but nothing really nice to eat… no nuggets or anything really for the kids! Ok if your happy to try anything! The area is very quiet and the excursions we wanted to go on were booked up the whole time we are her. My advice is to pay the extra and stay somewhere nicer as I wish we had done!

Great family holiday

The hotel is a great, all staff is super friendly. We stayed for a week and had an excellent time. The food and drink offering is great, nice variety, we even upgraded from half board to all inclusive while there. The room was comfortable and overall good in appearance, there is plenty for the kids to be entertained with around the resort and the mini disco is really nice. The only negative was the sofa bed, not comfortable with its mattress but overall not something that would make us not book again. Heated pool is great, the rest are a bit cold for early March despite hot weather. Overall a great experience and would book again!

First time solo traveller enjoyed a fabulous stay 😊

I stayed here as a solo traveller and I had a fabulous time. I could have paid much more for other hotels around the area, but decided to give this one a go. So glad I did! Room was lovely with a small kitchen and comfy bed and top quality bedding. The food was surprisingly very good - tasty and a great choice. For me the location was excellent as I wanted to walk every day. Turn left to walk down to Alcala and right to walk up to Los Gigantes. Both stunning coastal walks. For the price I paid it was excellent value and yes I would recommend it! Staff all very helpful especially Regina who kindly helped me with my case to my room when I arrived. Hope to be back some time!
