Store rom. Fin utsikt. Hyggelig personalet.
Tett flytrafikk rett over hotellet. Flyplass er ca 7-10 km fra hotellet. Det er fint å se på flyene som lander men det er mye støy. Men det er ikke noe hotellet kan gjøre noe med.

Hyggelig hotell med svært god spisesal.

Noe rot innledningsvis da vi fikk tildelt en juniorsuite (604) hvor det støyet fra vannrørene. Byttet til nytt rom (554) sent første kvelden, og deretter virket alt bra. God og variert middagsservering. Fint basseng, men det er behov for å vaske og reparere mange solsenger. Rolig nattesøvn som vi satte meget stor pris på.

Ok hotel God service

Vi har vært her en uke i desember 2019 Kort vei fra flyplassen Alle fly inn til Fu går over hotellet men helt ok Vi hadde ok velkomst og fikk rom i 3 etasje med hav og basseng utsikt Bra Ikke renhold første dagen og renholder går bare inn på rommet og starter uten å spørre :( Buffe restaurant med god mat Bra med forskjellige kjøtt retter Bra salatbar Selvbetjening på øl vin brus Bra. Fint bassengområde Ett basseng og boblebad med 25 gr Denne uka var det nok solsenger og ingen reservering 22 gr i skyggen Opp til 33 i sola En del skyer fram til Kl 1200 hver dag men 4 t sol er ok. Fin strandpromenade inn til byen Marked med vanlige boder Stille og rolig Takk for oss

Definitely not 4star

Although the hotel is listed as 4star it is definitely not, if you fly out from Manchester on a Sunday you don’t check in until 10 o clock at night and although you have paid for half board all the restaurants are closed and when you check out the following Sunday you have to pay extra for the evening meal so you loose a days half board which you have paid for, considering this supposed to be a 4star hotel you have to pay extra for the room safe and also bottled water, there is no complementary water in the room and if you check in in the evening there’s no where to purchase any water, if you request a late checkout you have to go to reception at least 4 times before they can arrange a room and another 30 Euros although the maid never cleaned our room until 4 o’clock every day, most of the staff where very pleasant but the staff on reception need to enrol on some management-skills training courses

Where do we start? Room - Adequate but dated. Aircon useless, might has well have used a desk fan. Fridge didn't work. Power to it but did not get cold. Maintenance looked at it and changed the plug to another socket. Even I as a non DIYer could have seen that was not the problem! Finally changed after 2 days to one that worked but leaked all over. Cleaning - Minimal. A quick straightening of the bed, which was already done, a flick around the central area of the floor. Dropped a piece of potato stick and immediately went to pick it up. When I saw the build up of dirt and dust behind the chairs I decided to leave it to see if it was cleaned. It was still there at the end of the week! Food - Had 1 evening meal and one breakfast. Didn't bother after that and ate out. Had one "special" night in the Tucan restaurant. Looking forward to a nice looking sea bass. I have never experienced chewy fish before! Pool - If you are going to have a policy of no reserving beds then enforce it. Same with the no loud noise policy. 3 lads blasting out rubbish French euro pop. Don't think a suggestion that there maybe some good deals on headphones would go down well 😄. If people are going to be allowed to smoke then put them all in one area. Never written such a negative review but has to be said.

Lovely hotel, great vacation

This was our first visit to Fuerteventura, and obviously to this hotel. First Impressions Only twenty minutes from the airport, we used Holiday Taxis, very easy transfer. Check-in was a bit of a nightmare, since they wanted to see so much documentation. most of this was online, and they needed a paper copy of everything. It took us 30 minutes to get through this, and after a long day, not a good start. Aneta at the Front Desk was as helpful as she could be, but COVID rules are a real problem for everyone. Room We had booked a Junior Suite, and found that we were 'upgraded' to a suite. This was not quite the benefit that it seemed, as our suite (506) has a partial sea view, and two cramped balconies. The following day we asked to see the Junior Suite we should have had, and it was far superior (605). Fabio, at the Front Desk, was very helpful and understanding, and arranged for us to move to 605 the following morning. A great improvement. Meals Mostly in the main buffet dining area. The food was of a reasonable quality, and occasionally very good, Mostly standard fare such as pizza, chips, rice, pasta etc, with a good selection of cold starters and some meat dishes and a carvery station. Lunch and dinner were pretty much the same, and over two weeks, it was rather repetitive. Breakfast was mixed again, depending of timing. Bacon, for example, was piled high, and most of it was dry, cold and tasteless, having been in the tray for ages. Try waiting for a fresh batch! Interesting that there is no decent milk available, so don't bother if you are looking for cereal. Servers were polite and prompt There was a poolside BBQ once a week, serving burgers and hotdogs. Al la carte The Tucan bar becomes an Italian restaurant in the evening, and we were given one visit for our two week holiday. Surprisingly, this was located in advance, day and time, with no choice given to us. The meal and service was not good. We were then given another meal on our final evening, which was much better. Drinks Only one bar open during the day, by the pool. This was staffed in the main by one person, Teresa, who managed to maintain a welcome and efficient service, even though the queue was always long. Coffee was in a small cardboard cup, and not great. Other drinks were plentiful, and Teresa was generous with the proportions, thankfully. Strange that on the second floor, there are some lovely seating areas which were never used during the day, probably because the bar did not open before 5pm. Pools Great, never busy, and just the right temperature for a refreshing dip. Entertainment They keep busy with loads of activities around the pool. Never intrusive, and the music was always at an acceptable level. Special mention to the amazing Alyssia, from France, who seemed so full of energy and creativity. Also to Eliza, from Brazil via Italy, who was always doing something, and happy to chat with the guests. Genarro, from Italy, is a lovely lad, again full of energy and fun. All in all, a great team, multi talented and multi lingual too. Don't miss the Junior Disco at night. Great fun to watch, and the tunes will remain in your head for weeks! General A good experience, with generally positive service. The staff were excellent throughout, and they really made the hotel atmosphere very special. A couple of suggestions. Firstly, there is no help with luggage to and from the rooms. My wife is disabled, and moving heavy cases was a challenge. A four-star hotel should do better. Second, please open the bars during the day, and perhaps provide some service to the guests. It was impossible to get a decent cup of coffee anywhere before 5. Three, if you have rules, please enforce them. The usual towel team were out early, and every sunbed with shade was 'claimed' by about 8 in the morning. The hotel say that this is not allowed, but it happened every day without fail. Same with the 'no smoking' signs around the place, which were routinely ignored. Would I return? Yes, definitely!
