Perfect

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my wife. We were both pleasantly surprised; the rooms were big, the pool area had everything you needed, and the hotel is placed right in the city so you have everything close by. This hotel deserves more credit. - This will not be our last time coming. Best regards from the turkish guy.

Amazing

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.. I was a bit worried after reading some bad comments but there was nothing to it! The hotel room was clean and Contained everything that we needed. The pool area was beautiful and calm - The perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The Bartender Ελευθερία was very sweet and polite. - This will not be our last time coming here.

Perfect place for us!

I stayed in Galini with my family. Youngest of us was 11 and oldest was 80 years old and we all loved the place. The pool was perfect for all of us and there was good stairs to the water for older people. The pool and garden area looks beautiful with all the flowers and plants. The apartments are not new or modern, but there is everything you need. The location is perfect for everything, shops and restaurants are near and just 5min to the beach. The staff was nicest ever and really helpful, especially for the older people who needed help sometimes. We have nothing bad to say and there is no reason why we wouldn't go there again. :)

Beautiful place, great location and good service

Galini has the most welcoming personal i ever experienced, its located just far enough from the busy night life so you wont be interrupted during sleep and close enough to be just a step away from everything; resturants, bars, local shops etc. I will definitely come back to galini in the future

Nice hotel, great staff

Nice and quiet hotel for families. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is nice and helpful. Will recommend this place for your next Crete vacation. We will come back to stay here again. Apollo does not inform that there is a service fee/tax of 0,5 Euro pr.day that is not included. Also the AC cost 7 Euros extra pr.day (optional). This should have been informed by Apollo, and is not the hotels fault.
