Lovely hotel!

A warm welcome, friendly front desk staff, a la carte breakfast, a hammam, great location for walking into the pedestrian zone… and a very comfortable bed and room with good shower decorated with Italian antiques. Our favorite in Albania this week.

Perfect

Perfect Urban Hotel near to the port. Staff were very attentive, English was spoken by many. Bedrooms very clean and a comfy bed - what more do you need! Breakfast was nice, coffee the best part for me. We had a super time so thank the hotel staff for making our stay…perfect.

Once in a lifetime experience!!! Heritage and modern amenities merge flawlessly and leave you feeling special, pampered and loved! The decor is amazing. The food is marvellous. The service is exceptional. The staff is very, very polite. Special shout out to Rozalinda, Kevin, Ela, Xhoi and Luiza for being so warm and making our stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Classy boutique

Spent one night here in the end of July. Central placement in walking distance to all the sights of Durres. The room was clean, spacious and had a grandiose design. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with a big, well temperated and pressurised shower. Did not notice anything in regards to the noise other reviewers mention (we were on the second floor). Very warm and welcoming staff at the front desk who were helpful with all of our questions and demands. The breakfast was an a-la-carte with typical breakfast options, but also some local dishes that we tried - very charming and tasty! Also tried one of the massages at the spa. The massage itself was relaxing, but it could be a tad bit more relaxed with some background music in the spa-room, since one could hear the activity going on in the reception area from there. Overall a very pleasent stay at a charming and professional hotel. :)

Excellent hotel but take your earplugs

An excellent hotel in an ideal setting but the noise level is unbearable. We stayed there on a Saturday night and there was music blasting out all evening and half the night. Even in our room on the 2nd floor the noise level was unacceptable. It's a pity as everything else about the hotel is very good. The staff were kind and helpful and the food was good. However , I needed my earplugs in order to get to sleep.
