My wife and I spent 2 nights in this amazing hotel. What's good: 1) Superb hospitality. Every staff we met were extremely professional & friendly. 2) Very prompt with the email replies to our queries before we checked in 3) The room is spacious, clean, cosy and stylishly designed. The bed is heavenly. 4) A super plus point is the complimentary bus service that shuttles between the hotel and terminal. That had saved us a lot of hassle and cost. 5) 10 -15 minute walk to the windmill & town centre What can be improved 1) Sound proofing. Noise from the corridor is quite audible 2) Breakfast option. We will be glad to see more options in the buffet line. Nevertheless, love the fact that champagne is served during breakfast! I am confident to say that this is definitely one of the best hotels in Mykonos. Highly recommended & will definitely stay there again if we are back!
We have just completed a 6 day stay at the Myconian Korali Hotel in Mykonos. The hotel is situated near the top of a difficult hill which takes you into town but don't be put off by that, the views are worth the effort and there is always a €10 taxi to bring you back! The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the room spacious and well equipped. The quality of design throughout the hotel (from furniture to silverware) is lovely, the food (we used the Greek restaurant at the sister hotel next door) was excellent. Best of all, the service quality was outstanding! We would especially like to identify Katerina in this regard, her service ethic and quality was exceptional. You won't be disappointed! Mykonos Fantasies Delivered by top notch luxury hotel sealed with great service
Stop looking and start booking at this dream come true luxury hotel with each staff’s personal expression of exemplary service felt consistently. From the second you get picked up at the ferry or airport, get ready to be heard and nurtured like never before. The rooms are amazing, with waterfront postcard views and Instagram ready sexiness. But people make a place and between Jordan at the front office, George the valet, the maids and all the ladies at the spa, their genuine interest in making our time special at the Korali was heartwarming. Mykonos is tricky with all the lodging choices, Amex can sometimes make the difference with upgrades and perks, but relationships being people bring back and between the food, advice and touch points constantly monitoring for success, it can’t be beat by anyone else hands down. Don’t wait to lock in what will be one of your greatest trips ever!
Good location but small things let it down
Great location for Little Venice, generally helpful staff especially around the pool area. We stayed in a junior suite with our teenage daughter but did have to ask staff twice to replace the sofa she was sleeping on, with a bed! We did expect a little more from a 5 star hotel, but room cleaning was twice a day and bottles of water in our suite most ( although not all) days! We did ask for a late check out and unusually for a 5 star hotel, that was only available for an extra hour. We did use the locker room for showers before leaving and the facilities were clean and perfectly acceptable. Hotel is exceptionally clean, buffet breakfast was excellent although staff seem to have tables with the best view reserved for favoured guests?! In my opinion, all guests should be treated equally favourably although perhaps I am being churlish. However, this hotel is expensive so you expect a lot.
