Rent og ryddig. Veldig god mat. Hyggelig betjening fra vi ankom hotellresepsjonen til vi reiste.

Litt mer variert mat på bufeen. Og litt mer barnevennlig mat. Vår 2 åring spiste veldig lite til middag.

Sengen, balkongen mot basseng og hav, avstanden til havet, størrelsen på hovedbassenfetbog den søte lille baren ved det lille bassenget på kvelden.

Veldig god service og hyggelig betjening. Nydelige tykke puter på solsenger på stranden. Flott med saltvannsbasseng.

Bra sted til en rolig ferie.

Leiligheten var romslig og ren med fine farger. Vi nyttet hav utsikt i rolig atmosfære. Renhold var bra,minibaren ble fylt annen hver dag. Maten var variert og vi koste oss med måltidene i restaurantens hage. Yanni er den beste kelneren vi vet om! Alltid blid og hjelpsom. Vi har lyst å komme tilbake en annen gang.

Et greit hotell, men noe bør bedres!

Kom nettopp hjem fra en uke på dette hotellet! Da vi ankom hotellet så var vi slitne og trøtte. Vi måtte da vente i resepsjonen i 20 minutter før "bagasje mannen" kom. Mitt oppi dette så forsvant også strømmen på hele hotellet. Dette skjedde også et par ganger i løpet av uken der. Mye av grunnen til at valget landet på dette hotellet var at det var WI-FI på hotellrommene. Dette gikk jeg automatisk ut ifra var gratis. Det var det altså ikke! Du kunne leie Internett for 1, 5, 9 eller 12 dager. Altså de fleste som reiser, blir i 7, 10 eller 14 dager. Ergo, du må betale først for 5 +1+1... Og de tok seg godt betalt for de single dagene... Du kunne også velge premium Internett, som hadde bedre hastighet, men den hastigheten merket jeg ikke noe til. Måtte sitte på balkongen for at jeg skulle få bra nok signaler! :( Jeg tok et printscreen av Internett siden dems, sånn at dere andre kan få se dette. Når det gjelder buffet restauranten, så må jeg skryte av utseendet og de ansatte der. Veldig, veldig bra!! :-) Må også nevne "pannekake" damen, Efy. Alltid like pratsom og hyggelig :-) Maten er veldig god, men kunne ikke vært her i 2 uker da maten blir litt ensformig. Rommet våres var helt greit... Mønster på gardiner, sengeteppe og sofa var fra 90 tallet engang? Savnet flere engelske kanaler! Badet var veldig fint. Men fikk meg en uhyggelig opplevelse da jeg skulle ta meg et bad den ene kvelden. Tappet i vann, deretter satte jeg meg på balkongen litt, da jeg kom tilbake var vannet jeg hadde tappet, helt gult/brunt.... Ganske ekkelt! Bilde kommer! Sant skal sies at dette bare skjedde en gang.... Men allikevel! Det høres kanskje ut som vi ikke hadde det noe greit, men det hadde vi :-) Men det kan være viktig for andre reisende å høre om det negative også :p

Clean premises but poor beach

My wife and I spent 3 nights in early October in a Double Room with Pool View. We asked to be moved from the ground floor to the first floor which the hotel willingly did. Room was okay. Hotel has good facilities. Food is buffet and there is wide variety which is great. Plenty of wine, spirits and cocktail available in the hotel bars. We also like that they put wine, beer and soft drink in your room fridge as part of the all-inclusive (these are replaced every other day)! Every where is clean. The beach next to the hotel is not really great. It is pebbles and you need to cross a public road to get there (though the road is quiet). Swimming pool and beach deck chairs are "booked" by people putting towels on them overnight or very early in the morning! The hotel should really not allow this. We could not get a table in the Italian restaurant throughout our stay as all tables were "fully booked" several days ahead! However, we did see several empty tables in the supposedly fully booked days. I think the hotel should just keep it simple: first come on the day takes a seat.

Not 5 star, am doubtful of a 4 star rating

Do not be fooled into thinking that the resort is 5 star, it is not. The below is my email to mitsis and a chase up covering some of the issues. To date Mitsis Resorts guest relations have failed to even acknowledge receipt or provide a response. Thid has been sent to guest relations and direct to Stavros Mitsis - whilst i accept i do not expect a response from Stavros i would have thought a courtesy mailbox response. I will post photos on separate post. Dear Mitsis Resorts, I still await a response to my initial email in relation to your resorts. Could this be addressed please. Regards Sent: Sunday, 3 October 2021, 20:06 To: [email protected] Subject: Mitsis Ramira feedback Dear Guest relations, Having just returned home from a week stay at Mitsis Ramira I felt compelled to query as to how the hotel as been provided a 5 star accolade. I have attached some photographs of issues seen, I could have collected many more but attempted to focus on the holiday and trying to enjoy my time with my family. The photos include, air con remote poorly functioning and inadequately fitted with tape, outside gym that is rusting and dangerous, children's play area roof falling apart, rusting hinges, broken concrete from bathroom. Of note and not included in the pictures is a large crack / gap at the top of the slide of the children's pool - disgraceful and dangerous. Upon arrival we were shown to a room with no cot and only prepared for a party of 2 , not the 4 we required. Room service were quick to attend and put up a cot which was both dirty and had a mattress clearly overused and lumpy. Having not been away for such a long time with my family we were keen not to cause issues and had hoped for early interaction from guest services. On day 4 a note was passed through the door to query our stay and how well it was. We raised the issue with the cot and thankfully it was rectified immediately. I explained that the resort does not justify a 5 star status, and I for one feel misled by the status. None of the services represent 5 star. We stayed at an Ikos resort in 2019 and on a daily basis were checked up with by guest relations to ensure everything was okay, am not sure why it took 4 days into a weeks holiday for the same to happen at Ramira. This holiday was due to be a welcome to mitsis and I had hoped for a further stay in one of your other resorts next year but given the last stay I'd suggest it is way down on my list. Guest relations were quick to ask if there was anything that could be done to rectify the issues but the fact is it would be impossible to revert my expectations of a 5 star resort rather than what I had experienced. Food is as expected from the buffet, meals at the restaurants were poor and rushed. The beach bar was sufficient in what was provided but again 5 star - not by a long way. It is a shame as the resort could be so much better but there needs to be major improvements. Many of the staff are excellent but are let down by facilities that are in need of a refurbishment. On speaking to other guests staying during our time it was clear that similar negativity to the resort was apparent and facilities/issues were problematic. As a priority the resort should be honest with customers and stop promising 5 star standards when that cannot be achieved. As stated I had hoped for many returns to Mitsis resorts but I can only assume that all other resorts provide a similar negative experience. Kind regards

Amazing stay!

My stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach Resort was truly fantastic due to the people working here! Very kind, lovely, authentic - providing genuine warm hearted hospitality! As a solo traveller I highly recommend this hotel. Sports program with Nikoletta, bar evenings with Eleni and Christos, lovely Kristiana and Irina at the reception and guest relations made my stay very special!
