As a Guest Relation Representative, you participate in the operational work at our Contact Center, providing customer service online or by telephone according to set guidelines and processes. You are an expert on local traditions, customs, religion and local events at all the destinations covered by the Contact Center. You must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, quality, sales and productivity based on the customer's needs. You work actively with ancillary sales towards set targets and interact with local stakeholders including Destination Management Companies and hotels, as well as third-party suppliers, on a daily basis.
What does it take to apply?
You are able to communicate and express yourself well in speech and writing in your own language and English. You are administrative, accurate and has good problem-solving ability with focus on customer and business benefits. You are organized, service minded, able to work independently. Academic education, education within tourism and language skills in any other scandinavian language than your own is also meritorious.
