Flott opphold på bra hotel.

Vi bodde "all inclusive" på hotellet fra 25.09.13 til 02.10.13 og det var en behagelig opplevelse. Vi var noe skeptiske etter å ha lest andres reviews for hotellet, men det meste ble gjort til skamme. Jeg tror flertallet av de negative oppslagene sier mer om menneskene bak oppslagene enn hotellet. Vi stortrivdes, og spesielt var det et meget variert tilbud av mat som gjorde inntrykk på oss.

Disgusting food

Rooms are very basic, very few staff, food is terrible, same menu every day, all inclusive but you can only have beer or wine during the day, evening bar closes at 11pm prompt, and only 1 person serving, and you are only allowed to take 2 drinks at a time from the bar, pool looks lovely, constantly cold, our first trip here and wouldn't recommend, they con you out of a days holiday by arriving at the hotel around midnight and counting that as a night's stay.

As honest as it gets

On arriving at the hotel we were checked in and had to pay room tax of €21 plus an extra€1 as I paid on card. We were then led to our room 366. The room was not at all adequate more like a garden shed. Wardrobe had no door and the tea and coffee making facilities consisted of cups, a kettle and spoons. For all inclusive I would've expected tea and coffee. After going to reception to request a room change which we finally got after 2 days thanks to Dimitria. This room was better for our needs although the same issue with no tea and coffee. The all inclusive package could do with some tweets. As previous reviews state limited choice of drinks and the food wasn't fantastic. Breakfast didn't stay warm although they did move this to downstairs due to colder weather and lunch and dinner was mediocre. We were more excited about going into the local town for different food. There was no entertainment at all. In fact some other guests had their own karaoke machine. This is a lovely hotel but due to lack of options and entertainment I wouldn't return.

This is a honest and truthfull review (No excuses or packdrill)

This is a very low key family run 3* hotel. I travelled with Jet2 and stayed for 2 weeks starting the 15th Sept 2022. Bad Points....The food is very low key and uninteresting with very limited choice and if you were fussy you would go hungry. Sweets again very limited, Melon, Jelly (No icecream) and some cakes. Drinks....Again very limited only Red or White wine, Beer, Gin but no Tonic and soft drinks. Same again in the evening but with a different cocktail each evening no other spirits. Not much choice for being All Inclusive. One good thing about this was that you never see anybody drunk therefore you get a good nights sleep unless you have a room starting 400 then the cockerill will wake you up at 5am. I completly and utterly disagree with the Hotel allowing people to stay here with their dogs and let them take them into the dining restaurant. I saw on several occasions a lady taking scraps off her plate and giving it to her dog on the floor. Surely this is unhygenic and where is the Health and Safety rules? Only allowed 1 free ice cream a day. Do not hire the beach towel from the shop as it's a rip off. They charged me €40+€20 deposit (Yes €40) for 2 towel for 14 days. Allthough there is a kettle and 2 mugs in the room they do not supply any Tea, Coffee or milk so take your own. Very limited clothes hanging space. And I mean very small. They is no entertainment at this hotel. That's a shame because there is nothing to do unless you go to Tigaki. Good Points.... Arrived at 11:30 pm quick check in by 2 very helpful receptionists and given a pack which contained 2 apples, 2 sandwiches and 2 smaill bottles of water. We stayed in room 313 (Up stairs) which really is a 2 bedroom room with nice views overlooking the pool and a mountain backdrop. The 2 single beds were ok and so was the bathroom and shower (In the bath). Fresh towels every day and sheets changed every other day. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff couldn't do enough for you. Special thanks to Anna and Dimitra on reception for all the help. The hotel was well spaced out and you could always get a sun bed around either of the 2 pools which were always cleaned every morning. The lady at the pool bar was very efficient and helpful. A limited selection of sandwiches and cakes were provided at 4 o'clock each day. The hotel position is rural and surrounded by farm land. A shuttle bus runs a few times a day to take you/ return you to the beach and Tingaki town which has a very nice sandy beach and lots of bars and restaurants, 2 Beach sunbeds with nice fat cushions and umbrella for €10 a day. The bus stop to Kos town is just outside the hotel and costs €2.1, definitely worth a visit. A must is the sunset tour to Kia in the mountains but book a table in a restaurant for a meal as it gets very busy. Would I come back to this hotel..... Yes, if they took onboard all the negatives and improved greatly on the food and drinks menus as you expect a lot more for an All Inclusive 3 * hotel. If this hotel and Jet2 took on board the negative comments then this hotel would be a very nice place to stay. Come on I'm sure you can do it.

Not much choice... wouldn't go again!

The stay was ok, food was the same bear enough each day... all inclusive drinks in the day time... limited time lager or wine... clever business really. They take people's money, then people get fed up and go and spend their money elsewhere due to lack off choices. Rooms were pleasant, evening bar... again clever business..having just one barman so really slow service. Limited to one cocktail on the menu! Demitria on reception was brilliant, other taff all inexperienced and rude! And not helpful.
