One of the best hotels I have stayed in

Lakeside hotel, impeccable first impression. Very spacious and comfortable room, huge bathroom with both bathtub and overhead shower, everything looks brand new. Nice colors, warm and cozy decorations and a big balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the lake, where you can relax when the weather allows. Staff welcoming and accommodating. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Really impressive.

Good Hotel, needs better neighbors

The hotel itself was very nice. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, quiet at night, AC works well. Not much of a view. The view of the lake is blocked by bleachers/stands for something. To one side it a soccer pitch, which is fine, the other side is undeveloped lots or something that needs to be torn down. The location is good, easy to get to old town, and Perma cave. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you sit outside at breakfast, remember this is Greece, someone will be smoking near you.

Nice and Comfy

This is a new modern hotel, it has the ability to look empty, but is busy at the same time. All the staff we met were extremely polite and welcoming. We had a lake view suite which was airy and lite, bed was comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities. The view over the pool and lake to hills over is great. Being right under the flight path to the local airport might be a worry, but don’t let that put you off, 2-3 flights a day, and only really small aircraft anyway! The only thing that isn’t great, is that the locations is a fair walk to the main night time restaurants and nightlife, along a very busy road. Breakfast is buffet style, and has many different options to try. We didn’t try the restaurant, so can’t comment on it. I would be happy to return should I’m back in the area.

Good for 1-2nights

We took 1st night in Greece in this amazing hotel.Good maitenance,stuff. Clean room. Big bath with utilities Bathroab in room closet Good breakfast. Free parkingclean pool. View to lake nit from all rooms.parking view is not so nice... ..

Swimming pool is not private !

Located between a vacant lot and a football pitch, the hotel is at the end of the airport runway. The swimming pool would be nice if it were not public (entrance fee 12€). Children are constantly screaming. (Not a **** hotel !) The pool only opens at 11:00, not very practical for early risers or midday checks out. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities rather cheap. The gardener should be equipped with electric mowers because the ones he uses spoil your morning with their noise. Pleasant and considerate staff.
