Mye mas fra selgere av massasje, foto og ligende både på stranden og inne på bassengområdet. Wifi var svært svært dårlig og fungerte stort sett ikke hele ferien. Hotellet stilte seg uforstående til dette.

All inclusive and friendly staff

Main buffet have no allergy information about the food, the staff in the buffet had no knowledge about allergy. Giving memorable answers like "Yes it contains gluten it is made from corn flour." On the other restuants it was a bit better, but still very poor handling of allergy. If you have severe allergies this place is not for you.

Great stay

Stayed for my honeymoon, the welcome I received was great and kept that way till we left the hotel, all what you need is here, it's getting a bit cold but the pools are heated so no problem here. Will definitely be back! Thank you steigenberger for making out time wonderful

Hotel is highly recommended

The hotel is very clean and the stuff is very helpful and well organised. The service is great and they have a very talented chefs. The room is comfortable and always clean. Receptionists are helpfull. Thank you all.

Best Hotel in Egypt

The hotel service and stuff is above amazing. The stuff chose for us an amazing room with a view, we enjoyed every single minute there and am sure that our next vaction will be there again. Amzaing and friendly stuff The food was fresh and tastes good.

THE BEST HOTEL EVER

Amazing room Amazing staff Amazing restaurants Amazing view We had much fun, we didn't want to leave this amazing place ❤️ I didn't imagine that we will have this amount of joy and happiness I will come again every time I have a vacation Steigenberger is the best place you can ever visit 😍😍

Incredible perfect

We celebrated my sons 16th birthday. Everything was just perfect (perfect room, food, service). check in took only few minutes. Service at the beach, restaurants and pools are 5*. We enjoyed our vacation very much. Thanks PS it was Covid time and stuff cares about your safety so much.
