Incredible experience for our family

Amazing service, spectacular view, very spacious room! The pool is great, and the staff are extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us to make sure we are happy and have everything that we need. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with food for every taste, and they had a promotion at the spa with a very skilled therapist

A Wonderful Hotel

My fiancée and I enjoyed four nights at The Nai Harn during the "Phuket Sandbox". The facility is stunning and wonderfully situated as the only resort on beautiful Nai harn Bay. Our room was spacious, luxurious and so so comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing at any time of day. The staff were kind, helpful and very professional beginning well before our arrival when we were arranging this stay. We loved the restaurants and bars but especially must compliment the amazing breakfast buffet! I am still craving the delicious individually brewed coffees that I enjoyed every morning plus the selection of food offerings was exceptional.

Think twice before coming

Nai Harn hotel was supposed to be one of the highlights of our tour over the southeast of Asia where we visited Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapur apart from Thailand and we were disappointed since we arrived. The hotel is years away from the times when it likely was at its best, and far from hotels we chose in the rest of the destinations following same principles, budget and expectations. It is part of the group of approximately 400 most iconic hotels in the world, called "leading hotels of the world", maybe 20 years ago, not today. The facilities are not well maintained, the service is average and the surroundings are simply abandoned. We presented our points(we prefer not to list them here) to the Hotel Manager which kindly offer to cancel our booking and give us rest of our money back, but it was too late to find something decent around. The prices of drinks and food is expensive, maybe taking advantage of the isolated location. (The cheapest bottle of wine costs 50 euro). The two restaurants are quite good, especially Rock Salt, perhaps the best aspect of the hotel, but again, very pricey. The service offered for the beach, which is not private, is also poor, they provide towels, inflable sunbeds and umbrella, but it is all "do it yourself". I cannot imagine elder people having a decent experience in this way. Breakfast was good. Swimingpool very small. Other services like shuttle to airport are also offered but again expensive, twice the price of any agency available in the area. Finally, the views to Nai Harn beach, yes, they are the best, no doubt, but it is not enough on the plus side of the balance to counter so many let downs. If you are looking for what Nai Harn offers in their web page and overall advertisement media, choose somewhere else. (Our actual dates visiting Nai Harn were August'19, for whatever the reason this opinion remained as draft in my TripAdvisor account).

Phuket Sandbox stay at the Nai Harn, Amazing and Outstanding

We have just stayed 16 days at the Nai Harn under the Phuket Sandbox arrangements. Altogether amazing and outstanding. A bit about the Sandbox arrangement: although pre-arrival requirements may seem excessive, in fact these are well defined and straight forward to arrange. Arrival at Phuket Airport was very well organised and we were out of the airport in 45 minutes after flight touch-down. Requirements during the stay including daily temperature check and two PCR-swab test are likewise well organised. The Nai Harn: The setting at the amazing beach and the impressive layout of the hotel is the lovely frame that surrounds the experience while staying there. However, what made our stay unique, is what’s inside that frame, namely the staff that we meet every day. Each and every member of the staff providing outstanding services to the guests, and not least doing so in a super-efficient way and with kindness and smiles (behind Covid face masks). We may mention: • The reservation team that ensured that all Sandbox pre-arrival procedures were taken care of. • The reception team, that helped with all our daily requests (including helping to sort out our last-minute panic, when Tuesday evening we realised, that we needed a fresh PCR-swab test for being allowed to fly out Thursday evening). • The Sandbox reporting team checking our daily temperatures and arranging the swab testing. • The morning buffet-team serving the most delicious breakfast. • The house keeping girls ensuring that each morning we returned to a fresh and clean room after breakfast. • The Spa-team with their warm hands (and equally warm hearts) It is not a question whether we return for yet another stay at the Nai Harn. It’s just a question when?.. probably, towards winter when the weather in northern Europe turns dark and cold, that will be a good time to return. We already look forward.

Low season price, high season weather. A steal during this period.

A hotel with commanding view and easy access to Nai Harn beach. We stay 3 nights in ocean view suite. Large and well maintained room with nice amenities. (Yoga mat and selection of TWG teas are much appreciated) Extra large outdoor balcony, great for morning yoga or the likes. July is supposed to be the monsoon season, but luckily the weather during this visit is incredible. Not too hot, clear sky and low tide. Perfect for Beach activities. As a quite a food centric person, special credit must be given to their is food and beverage team as I can sense their real care about the food. Nice details are found all over the menu. Breakfast egg Benedict is well worth the reputation. Probably the best hollandaise sauce ever tried in all hotels in Thailand, proper texture, smell and balanced taste. Poached pear in camomile tea and Tom yum cream cheese also showcase hotel’s extra touch in their food items. Food price for lunch and dinner is on the high side but the quality is good. Overall an incredible value at this period. You get way more than what you pay for. Recommended.
