New and nice
We had a very nice vacation here. The hotel is nearby airport and the city but quiet enough with beach across the road and possibilities for a walk. New hotel with big and modern rooms. We get a lot of extra services. Friendly service. We will come back.
Stay away!
Very disappointing experience. We were promised a room with many amenities when we prepaid, we received a room that can best be described as staff quarters. What is worse, the staff never accepted the misrepresentation, never apologized. The hotel is very badly designed, very unfit for purpose. Stay away, is my advice!

Mixed feelings
This is a brand new hotel so I won’t be too critical but they should not have been given the permission to open with somethings unfinished! Location was perfect - close to the airport even though we took a ferry with our auto from Thessaloniki. Clean water beach across the road. The hotel buildings were gorgeous but had some challenges! Driveway approaching reception area was extremely steep. Parking lot was unpaved and under pine trees..The buildings were “tiered” and we needed to go up staircases with no safety railings and along walkways then down stairs. Lobby staff helped us. Reception staff was unprofessional. Our friends were told someone would bring their bags to the room but had to call the receptionist to get them and waited 30 minutes for them. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious but chaffing dishes should have been identified so you didn’t have to open each one to see what was inside. Staff in dining room was pleasant but looked stressed. Our friends as well as my husband and I have owned businesses so we politely brought our concerns to the hotel owner who spoke no English but luckily my friends and husband spoke Greek. The owner seem agitated and seemed not to care what our opinion was. Her daughter thanked politely thanked us. For this hotel to succeed I think they need to fix some major safety issues immediately and also have the owner and staff take some classes in hotel and restaurant etiquette! Our travel agent in Greece advised us it was new when we booked it. Upon our return we advised her of our opinion for future bookings. I truly hope that they can fix things and are successful. We did have a great time sightseeing on this beautiful island.
Nice hotel but some things to improve on
Back from a weeks stay. Lots of mixed experiences both good and not so good. Pro -New, nice looking hotel -Clean -Modern -Comfortable bed -Nice pool (on the small side) -Pool Towels provided -Relatively reasonable room rate (although I think this was a pre opening offer) -Reasonable price for massage, approx £40-50 but then 20% discount for hotel guests. (Didn’t use other spa facilities as I though £20 to us the sauna and another £20 for the steam room which seemed steep) Some friendly staff - Man working pool side most days seemed friendly and looked to be working hard. (Although lots where very aloof) - Air con worked well (no extra charge) -breakfast included, quite a bit of choice and generally ok. Cons -Very uncomfortable sun loungers, literally left bruises. (Tried to overcome by using multiple towels to pad) -No much shade around the pool (shades looked nice but don’t do much) regularly the space by the bar under the tree got very congested - A number of experiences across the week of slow, poor service. Sat and waited one night for 40 min to order at the restaurant in the evening, gave up in the end and ate else where. On a number of occasions had to go find someone to order drinks from as no-one was about at the bars for long periods. -Tavern Resturant outside not clearly signposted (Just looked like a seating area it wasn’t clear that this was once of the two Resturant at the hotel.) -Food hit and miss. Some dishes where lovely but others not great. -Menu limited and odd options. -Cocktails not good. Ordered a classic cocktail and when it arrived was a very odd concoction. Wasn’t able to drink it was that bad. Stuck to beer for to rest of the week. (And felt quite uncomfortable around the bar man who made it and seemed very put out I’d sent it back even though I had been apologetic) -Greek dancing advertised for 8 on Friday night at 9:30/10:00 they still hadn’t started. Gave up waiting in the end and decided instead to go to our room to have a drink and watch tv. -Location isolated, no bars or restaurants in walking distance. There is a bus schedule but we couldn’t find the bus stop and never saw any buses passing. Take to twin approx £15 each way. (Worth it for better dining options) -transfers in offered by the hotel which we weren’t able to arrange for pick up as the hotel didn’t response to email. -rooms a little on the small size -storage limited, no draws (prob due to aesthetic), had to ask for more hangers got and extra 3 sent to room but still didn’t feel a great amount off two people for a whole week.
