Memorable Place

we came to W to celebrate our anniversary we arrived early, ousama and aysha the receptionists accommodate us, they provided us a nice room with an amazing view, we had a nice chit chat while checking in and they were totally friendly, also the lady i forgot her name i believe stefani arranged our room with the decoration. we enjoyed the pool it was bit busy but the atmosphere was amazing and all the staff were friendly . we will definitely come back

Good but not perfect the dreaded word - construction

We have just returned from the W The palm and thought we would leave a review. Prior to arriving I had emailed the hotel explaining I was there for rest and recuperation due to surgery a response was noted. PROs Nice birthday surprise waiting in room. Very stylish hotel loved the rooms and look We were on the half board package where breakfast was included in Liv and 150AED could be spent in the other restaurants for lunch or dinner. Maybe the 150AED needs to be more but we made it work with some nights a bit more to add to. We ate at W lounge, Wet Deck,Sobe,Akira back and Torno Subito all good the taste and setting. The Staff were all excellent. CONs We were never warned about construction next to the hotel. From 7am we could hear heavy plant machinery. If we put things on the balcony to dry they were covered in dust. Also they are opening a beach club at the hotel soon and we could hear work being done round by the pool some days all day long. We asked at reception about the noise we could hear and were told its the governments work, maybe some of it but not the beach club. Also they have this fake grass everywhere ,on our terrace there was a lot of it.The problem was there was metal screws holding it down and we found them quite sharp if you stood on them. Maybe a warning sign so people are aware.

Tipp: Look out for Rasika in front of the hotel

If you're looking for a magnificent place to stay, W Dubai the Palm it is! The guy in front of the Hotel entrance, Rasika is very helpful and professional in dealing with the guests, he knew a lot of good places to visit and he managed everything for us without hesitation and was very friendly. Thanks to a friend and his best friend and authenticity. They were wonderful in their dealings and service to me. They deserve thanks. It was an enjoyable stay for me because there is such an employee as the best and authenticity in their good dealings and their kind smile. They may be distinguished in the service of Arabs who do not speak English.
