Best holyday

IT is the best hotel in tunesia, I stay here msny many times, the entertainment is the best i have ever seen . I will come back in May this year and Ihope, that sousou will stay there, the Restaurant and the rooms are verry okay and the staff AT the bar be lovely

Best All inclusive I have stayed at.

Having stayed in several All inclusive resorts previously, I was a little sceptical but Orangers turned out to be the best ever from staff hospitality, comfort, superb food, so much so I have booked a further 16 nights in November this year.

Nice place to relax

Very nice place to stay and relax. I stayed here in December 2023 with family and again I came alone in January 2024 for a solo trip. Food is excellent and their service. They have bar which runs 24 hours, people are friendly, and they make sure you are not sitting without a drink. The entertainment team is working hard to provide different activities. Over all its a place to visit regularly.

Taking a chance on the January weather brr

As a senior citizen I requested a room not too far from reception as the distance can be quite far to walk with a bad back. Instead, I was given a room behind reception but with way too many steps was just as inconvenient. The new manager was kind enough to give me a lovely sea view room which I was very grateful for after four days waiting to be changed. I noticed that as a solo guest the animation never once gave me any attention. They were only interested in communicating with other guests which was disappointing. Being solo isn't so approachable at LO it seems. I wasnt offered the free a la carte which all guests are entitled too aswell. This should be offered once a week to all guests including solo guests. The good point were the helpful waiters. They were always so kind and cheerful. The new food containers are so hot that the steam emitting when opened can be quite hazardous I found and can make it very awkward to get food from them unless the chef is there to assist. There was one evening there was music and cocktails provided which was a nice idea. The indoor swimming pool was welcome as the January weather felt so cold. There was no sitting on the beach this time of the year. A chance I agree you take although there was some afternoon sunshine on the balcony one or two days. The lunchtime restaurant was always welcome too as the waiters were great and the food there was always good. The massage too was a nice little added bonus. Yes, I was happy with a De Lux Sea View room but other than that there was on this occasion nothing to get excited about at Les Organgers Hotel. It lacked atmosphere. The coming new tax at 12 tnd a day won't make coming here any more attractive for guests unfortunately and has to be a bad idea all round for the hard hit tourism industry in Tunisia which is still only getting back on its feet. There were very few tourists there and this wont do any favours to attract more future tourists. As for the hotels it can't be a good idea either. Wrong move. 🙄

My 30th stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff and the service cannot be faulted and seems like 5 star service to me. The hotel itself could do with a face-lift in places but is totally clean and comfortable. Various eating and drinking options with 24 hour all inclusive. This was my first visit using a walking aid (rollator) and I must admit that I did find that dome of the slopes provided around the grounds are a bit too steep and need adjusting. Also again for the less mobile, be warned there are a few steps without handrails. I did point this out at the hotel and hope they will take note. Despite the above re m8bility. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and I hope to return for my 31st stay soon.
