Vi reiser med Qatar og bruker stay over tilbudet . Stort hotell, fantastisk service, bra basseng, nydelig poolbar. Store rom, rask innsjekk. Spa, trening, her har du alt du trenger. Synd vi ska være her kun et døgn... Hit skal vi tilbake👍

Norwegians should stay here

Fantastisk sted å bo og et servicenivå helt utenom det vanlige. Maten er generelt spennende og god, men det er dessertene som må omtales, lekre, små, og så smakfulle at man glemmer hvor ekstremt mange kalorier de antakelig består av:) Bassengene var deilig avkjølt - i hvert fall sammenliknet med lufttemperatur som var 43 grader.

Lovely Hyatt.

We were two families in a short leisure travel trip. Generally we were satisfied with provided services in the Hyatt. This hotel chain keeps and follow hospitality standards which I always appreciated. Indeed this the main reason why I try to choose Hyatt hotels if I plan to visit somewhere. Beach area and pool is very clean, nicely organized and the best thing not overcrowded which I hate so much. Many thanks to Rabha and Tanmay for hospitality.

Badly managed and past it best

Sadly lacking in management. The Club room was slightly faded but pleasant enough but not quite up to a good club room standard for the huge price paid. The Club lounge had a good selection of drinks and food for a short period only and no lunch or afternoon tea, as the Sheraton does. The absolute shocker is the state of the gym; most machines were out of order, parts boarded up and out of use, wires crossing the gym floor and the worst part was the doors that closes on people as they pass through and don't open because "the sensors aren't working" hence massive bruising injury to myself. Gym boy 'Bobby' is very rude and arrogant. We decided to try the beach as the small pool area was packed with screaming children but there were literally three different types of music blaring out in competition with each other. A relaxing, pleasant weekend away it was not.

Had a relaxing and enjoyable break

We stayed for 4 days. Enjoyed the beach, pool and had great food in all their restaurants. Food quality and service was excellent throughout. We were well looked after by Prakriti & Tanmay. Thank you.
