Lovely hotel.

Can’t fault the hotel ! Clean, tidy and staff are very helpful.. very short walk to shops restaurants etc Studio apartments are huge - kitchen area, bathroom, beds and a sofa / table and chairs. Never seen a room so big We only had breakfast there and it was good, lots of choice. The pool is lovely and lots of sunbeds and waiter service for food and drink. Female visitors please be careful of Oliver. Nice enough young lad but a bit of a sexual predator who wants to sign you up to dodgy sites.

Awkward

Let's start at the beginning. Two weeks before arriving we wrote an e-mail in which we emphasized that our arrival time is before 14:00 and we asked if it was possible to check-in earlier, or how it works. To this part of our e-mail, they did not reflect, so we thought it was okay. When we arrived, the receptionist lady told us to come back after two, because our room is not ready yet. We understood and accepted it, although we lost time with this little manouver. At around 5, we arrived back and there was a man behind the desk. First, he checked if we have a booking, then after a few risky minutes, he found that we are already half checked in (?) but we are not at the same time (?), so he started to search for the keys of the room, which he couldn't find, god bless his soul, he was even checking under the desk. After a few phone calls he agreed with his manager on giving us the spare keys, and we went to the room. We would like to use this occasion to say sorry to the man sleeping in room 313 on the 30th of April, as we went into his room, because he moved in earlier to our room. After telling this on the reception and wasting another half an hour, the room question got solved, but I asked the kind receptionist man to raise a few words for us, because we definitely would like to apply for a compensation, as the beggining of our vacation was ruined twice because of the hotel and they also put us into the most awkward position possible in a hotel. At the very same time, making us doubtful about trusting them anymore. He promised us to talk with his manager and give us a notice later about how it went and how will we get compensated, but, of course, it never happened. During our stay, the room was cold, but we would like to emphasize the amazing work the cleaning crew made. We are grateful for their work and their smiles. This was the only appreciated part of our stay in the hotel, besides its parking lot. The views from the rooms are poor, the furniture is retro, and do not, in any case, use the oven as it causes troubles in the electricity of the room!

HEAVEN IS A PLACE CALKED CYPRUS ON EARTH

We stayed in Euronapa, with JET2, in October 22. Me and my hubbie have been coming to Cyprus (Ayia Napa/Protoras) for over 30 years. We always try to hunt down a bargain and loved our 7 day stay in Euronapa. Beautiful gardens , clean, basic, apartment with YESSS a comfortable bed (so important!) The location is superb, walk left to Ayia Napa centre (15 min walk) or cross over the road and do the stunning coastal walk to Sandy, Nissi, Landa and Makronissos beaches. We are in our fifties but love walking by the sea and the beaches in this area are as good as the Caribbean ❤️. Euronapa breakfasts were very good, plenty of choice and set you up well for the day. The room was cleaned regularly and fair for the price. If you want a sea view (don't we all) then pay £100+ pp in another hotel, we'd rather spend it on the glorious Cyprus cuisine or a car to get us to those jaw dropping Pernera area beaches. A weekly bus pass on the excellent, service is only 20 euros. We always return from Cyprus refreshed and budgeting for the next stay out there. Avoid!

Awful! After a long day travelling, we checked into our room. Firstly can I note, we are not precious travellers…however, a tent would of pleased us more than what greeted us. Firstly the room is extremely dated, fine for young people who come home so drunk they don’t know their own name and It smells musty. We had a shower…which was fine, water pressure was good and temperature fine. However…when we got into bed I started feeling like I had fallen into stinging nettles…when I looked, the bed was fall of little ants. I then saw red suspicion stains on the sheets, and my partner had a cigarette burn hole in her sheet. It was 11:30pm and yet there was no way we could stay there. The receptionist said he could put us in a new room, but after having such a terrible experience in the original room, I find it very hard to believe that the standard of any other room would be much better. So after being told we wouldn’t be refunded our 2 night stay there, we checked out and found Vassos nissi plage….well at that moment, it heaven was a hotel…this would be it! Please, if you are a family or older couple, find some where else!!!!

Cannot fault!

The hotel was amazing and the staff were exceptional and made me feel safe the whole time. The rooms are very clean and I had the best holiday! Could not have asked for anything more. The bar man also makes the best daiquiris :) Georgia x
