My wife and I stayed in Room 704 from [arrival date] to [departure date], and I want to share our sincere appreciation for the incredible experience we had at Fairfield Marriott Calangute, From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were treated like family. It truly felt like home. Every department deserves recognition- valet, housekeeping, restaurant staff, managers, gym trainer and reception. The attention to detail was remarkable. For example, housekeeping noticed how much water we drank and, without us asking, began leaving extra bottles in our room. Ashish at the restaurant noticed that I enjoyed boiled eggs with cold water each morning, and he had them ready the moment I walked in. Small gestures like these meant so much to us. And all of this with a genuine smile. Throughout our long stay we interacted with almost everyone, and there was never a single “no” to any request. Every staff member we met, from valet to reception(Joty,Nikitha), the F&B (Deepak)with his team, and housekeeping, gym Trainer (Sadashiv), Spa (Nupa) deserves this appreciation. want to share our gratitude with them all. A special thanks to Sujan, the relationship manager. His kindness and warmth made our stay even more memorable. This was, without question, one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. We look forward to returning and will happily recommend your property to friends and family.

We stayed here at the Fairfield by Marriott, Calangute during the first week of September. It was one of the most cosiest and family friendly experience we have ever had. It was really a much needed break after a year full of work. We have not just few, but multiple team members that stood out across our week's stay at the hotel and made it feel like home for us. Shubam at the Front Desk welcomed us on arrival. He chose the best room for us. Sujan- He was an absolute joy to meet, always running around in the lobby, warmly checking in our day. It was always cheerful to interact with him. Ashish - Always took care of us during the breakfast hours, ensured that we get the special masala chai and have the right start of the day. Aryan - It was a delight meeting him, had an extensive knowledge of the city and gave us one of the best recommendations to visit during our stay. Swapnil - The restaurant manager always checked on us, got us special treats and local delicacies. He was very humble and took good care of every guest in the outlet. Amol - He was a one man show, getting in the families for breakfast, allocating the right tables and constantly checking if anything else was required. Siva - I never knew, we could work out on Vacations too, Siva really made it fun and helped me learn a thing or two about taking care of oneself. He is really patient and always happy to help. Prajil - He always ensured all the guests in the hotel are well taken care off, he always took time to meet and engage with guests. His leadership showcases genuine care and we absolutely loved the hospitality from everyone. We hope we get to come back soon, however for now back to work and crazy busy time. Another brilliant breakfast from Dipu and omelette from chef provash. The swimming pool is excellent and all the staff are very welcoming.
