Fint, rent, hyggelige ansatte

Veldig fin plass, rent og moderne. Stort og fint rom/leilighet og stor og romslig veranda. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, profesjonelle, og snakket bra engelsk (de fleste). Behjelpelige med transport til sentrum, i tillegg til faste busstider (gratis). Spaet var litt i overkant dyrt i forhold til hva vi fikk ut av det, men ellers var alt tipp topp!

Et meget bra hotell, Spa avdelingen var en ren nytelse. Høy service på alle nivå!!!!!

Struttura decisamente sopra la media , lussuoso , moderno è dotato di tutto o servizi Favolosa la reception con Noni e Dina che sin dal primo giorno ci anno accolto con dei magnifici sorrisi , accompagnato durante il soggiorno con preziosi consigli e tanta disponibilità. Abbiamo preso una Villa con piscina indipendente , favolosa, la postazione è perfetta, parcheggio interno sempre disponibile , colazione superlativa , sia dolce che salata C'è la possibilità di ordina al ristorante con servizio in camera , pulizia curata nei minimi dettagli, lussuoso Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo Da provare

Amazing staff.

Parga is beautiful, perhaps a little crowded, but with history, beautiful scenery and the friendly Greek people it's no wonder, the hotel is quiet and comfortable, we had a Villa with a great view and pool not to mention the huge comfy beds, but what made our holiday were the staff, who made us feel like old friends from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for them, it was like being looked after by a large family and we all miss them as much as our lovely villa which is a new experience for me in 40 years of travel,stop reading this and go there now. A bit disappointed

The good stuff - nice modern hotel when you arrive. Absolutely wonderful staff, helpful, courteous and nothing seemed too much trouble. The indifferent stuff - we had two days of rain and a dull day. The hot water disappeared. I suspect the main power for this is solar but after two / three days the hot water went to tepid at best. There was a sort of explanation about the back up system takes time to get water to the rooms, but two days? Poolside. Two parasols for ten sunbeams - not enough, and one of those was ripped with exposure to the sun - as were the 'curtains' round the restaurant area. And some of the sun bed covers were dirty. It looked very tired, it needs money spending on it. One last issue. The hotel is about a mile out of town. Easy to walk down the hill into ton, but you wouldn't want to walk back in 30C. But there are only 10 cabs in the whole town. You will queue and wait for a cab back. And on transfer days, don't even think about getting a cab before 15.00. Not a problem with the hotel but something to be aware of.
