Mor og datter ferie.

Har aldri vært her tidligere men TripAdvisor har ranget reisemålet høyt tiltross for kun 3stjerners hoteller. Har tilbrakt de siste 15 årene på Kreta og er klar for nye opplevelser. Familiedrevet små hoteller i Hellas er ofte en god opplevelse. Gleder med til å oppleve Levsos og miramare hotell.

What a wonderful place

I would so much like to thank the couple running Miramare. We have had a great time and could not wish for more. Rooms are clean, well equipped and cool in the Lesvos summer. Our room has air condition, but we have never asked for it to be started as we managed well whitout. At ground floor we have a little terrace where the evening sun can be enjoyed. Strings outside our door for drying wet bath suits and chairs to sit down. The area is quiet, some two hundred meters from shops and restaurants. If you want, you can step right over the road and into the mediterranian sea, if you have bathing shoes or you don't mind the rocks. Hotel has a wonderful garden and in this garden the breakfast is served. We ordered breakfast from home and this worked very well. About breakfast: the owners do what ever can be done to give your day a quiet, relaxing, nutrituous and tasteful start. Table were set for three when we got up and into the garden. A whole can of good coffee, own choice of tea, orange juice, bread, butter and jam every day. In addition we had either scrambled eggs or omelet, toast with ham cheese (or no ham for us vegetarians) and one bowl each with delicious, greek yoghurt, nectarines and bananas or other fruits. The hosts are kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the atmosphere. The local hens and their male can be bit of a challenge as the male seems to be communicating with other of his like. We found this a bit disturbing the first morning, and then we got used to him. Some noise from the nearby main road, but we very soon came to terms with it. Hotel is close to the action without being part of the noisy restaurant- and shop area. Close to the long Petra beach. It has room for peace and quiet and closeness to the ocean. We recommend Miramare to families and couples who want homeliness, tranquility, clean rooms and good hosts. We might come back to Miramare.

Perfect Place for Vacations

excellent choise ,with wonderful view, the room inside was perfect, very clean with hot water and radiator 24/7 and the owner provided us whatever we may be needed to feel confortable and relaxed. Moreover the area that the house is located is near the center of the village almost 5 min by walk.also it's 30 metrs from the sea.....it's perfect

Right on the seashore!

I stayed at Miramare for three days in December, long after the summer rush. The studios are basic but clean and the owners are very friendly. A reasonably equipped kitchen, working TV, smallish bathroom but the shower is properly coverd with sliding doors so you don't have to flood the entire bathroom when showering. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the beach or Petra village. Wifi was OK, don't expect super fast downloads though.

A very nice place to stay when visiting - The Amazing Lesbos Island - Its more than another Greek Vacation Destination

Mytilene (Lesvos) is like no other Greek Island!! We visited with my husband back in 2009 when he was serving during his navy military service. Very friendly people, very nice services, quiet rooms and a very nice place to stay in Petra as it is close to the capital!The best ever way to know and enjoy the island and its amenities featuring also over a million olive trees, is to rent a car and spend at least 10 days to two weeks in order to move around and view everything!! At least that is what we did back then and we really enjoyedit! From Molyvos, the tourist capital, Skala Sikaminias, Eressos, Petra, Sigri, Kalloni, Madamados, Eftalou, Tsipouri, to Vatera a 7 km sandy beach and Plomari, it is an amazing destination and the perfect place to visit for people who want to experience family amenities, romance, traditional villages and alleys, amazing food, beautiful beaches, pine and hardwood forests and rivers, spas and thermal baths, museums, monasteries and of course the famous petrified forest and Ouzo Distilleries. Mytilene has everything…..and more….
