The room was very nice and clean. The housekeeper ‘SARITA’ was excellent. She was very kind and very attentive to my needs during the stay. I will definitely stay at Hampton by Hilton again. The Japanese restaurant was very good as well.
The worst Hilton facility I ever stay even been a Diamond members
New hotel already beat up. Shower head follow on my head, no trash cans, no hangers on the bathroom, noise, totally unprepared staff besides Julius front desk and the tourist counter lady trying to help the staff even not been an employee. The only pleasant place in the hotel is the Japanese restaurant staff and food, strongly recommended. For 300 USD a night you better sleep on the Dubai metro station and shower on the shopping mall.
The Filipina Lady at Breakfast Restaurant was really helpful with my Family, very accommodating ( Sorry I Forget her Name ) have a pleasant smile and ready to serve. Looking forward for our next visit. Thank you
Excellent City experience
Excellent location. We wanted a city experience not beach 20 min walk through the creek side heritage area to the Diera abra. Good cafes and restaurants alongside the creek Burjaman metro about 10 mins. Boutique hotel quirky and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Buffet breakfast was excellent and Fatima made us so welcome, thank you I recommend this hotel.
Comfortable room with good breakfast spread
Upon arrival: - No bell service provided. - Kamala at front desk was very warm and welcoming. I have stayed in many Hilton properties and have observed the falling standard of customer service and attitude in some other parts of the world, so experiencing a nice warm welcome and genuine kindness from Kamala is like breathing fresh air all over again with a Hilton property. In the room: - The aircon in my Room 305 could not be operated manually. It was either Auto or Off. - Basic room amenities like bedroom slippers, cotton buds and cotton pads had to be requested. - The Holy Quran should be placed on the study table and not inside the drawer underneath the clothes rack. - Good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. - Comfortable bed but not the pillows as they are too soft. Coffeehouse: - K.G. and all your coffeehouse staff are awesome. They were prompt in clearing up the used plates/cutlery and tables. The kitchen staff were also prompt in topping up food. - Food was good. For a 3-star hotel, the variety is acceptable. Check-out: - Diona processed the check-out for both my rooms. A very friendly lady - I asked a male staff (cannot remember his name but he is from Venezuela) for help to load up our bags into the taxi and he willingly helped, eventhough as mentioned earlier, there is no bell service in this hotel. Would I come back to this hotel? If I do, it is because of the warmth and hospitality of your staff. If I don’t, it is because of the walk to the abra station which is quite a distance. Sadly, the buggy service is not extended to all the Hilton properties along the creek. This is a non-smoking hotel, yet, someone staying along the same corridor of my rooms was smoking and your smoke-detector did not detect anything. I had to inform the front desk twice on two different days about the possibility of a smoker in one of the rooms. Overall, it was a good stay in this cooling January weather.
