Hôtel à recommander. Toutes les prestations sont au top plusieurs sauna, bain vapeur trois piscines, il est récent et très bien tenu. Nous avons eu affaire un manager très accommodant à tous points de vue. Un hôtel exceptionnel, même en été.

We had a wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bansko. The staff were very welcoming and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet at night. We truly appreciated the upgrade to our room — thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of Bansko, making it easy to explore. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location right in the hub of the town, a lovely hotel friendly staff the room was great as was the breakfast, no complaints.  · Only one bug bear on the weekend they had a BBQ on their terrace but no restaurant for the rest of the week?

Ideally located on very good point close to the gondola station and opposite the pedestrian street that goes to the old town. You can gind many stores and restaurants around. We had great summer experience there enjoying the outdoor pools and the cozy room. Our daughter was very happy to meet the turtles they have on their yard.
