:) The position is good. It is close to the beach and the center. The personal is kind. :( There was a smell in the bathroom from the very beginning. It was clearly not cleaned properly. 2 out of 3 people of our family were sick bcs of the food. We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the hotel’s private beach was really really rude to us.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the beach, large rooms, clean facility, good food, and very friendly staff from the general manager to bartenders and cleaning persons

The personal it's ok. The food it's very good! The chef at the grill knows what he doing! The pool was good and clean. The pool bar not so good. The beach it's 50-70 meters from the hotel. The Beach it's clean and very good. The room was cleaned only one time after 4 days... The room's was ok but its time for a up gread... The room was 3*+... The lobby bar it's good and great place..

Once again I am at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena for more than 30 days. The weather was wonderful. All in All, the experience was excellent and I zcan therefore put the management of the Hotel and the restaurant in the first place. I have to point out the correct attitude of the manager to the problems that have arisen by trying to solvr the immediately. The Hotel is positioned perfectly and adding the correct and accurate management of the conplex results in an excellent experience that keeps us coming back. I hope to be in the same Hotel with the same people again next year.
