What better way to kick off 2026 than with our exclusive FOMO Fitness retreat in sunny Gran Canaria? Join us—whether with colleagues, or family—for an action-packed week of wellness, adventure, and just the right amount of relaxation!

What to expect

Each day will include a variety of classes from your dedicated coaching team. These include:

  • CrossFit

  • Functional Fitness

  • Spinning

  • Yoga

  • Skills/Technique Classes

You may attend as many as you like throughout the week, and they will be offered at various times throughout the day offering you maximum flexibility.

Having recently being a guest instructor at Monte Feliz I can inform you there are many other group sessions or sports right at your hotel room doorstep! Volleyball, Bicycle Hire/Tours, Padel Tennis, Tennis Courts...the list is endless. Check out the Monte Feliz information page for more on whats on offer!

Of course if you want to focus on recovering too there are some perfect spots for soaking up some sunshine, or jump in a car and go and explore the island for the day. The options are endless!

Remote Office

Substituting burpees for spreadsheets? With high-speed internet available throughout the resort, why not consider setting up your workspace in a more dynamic setting? Whether it's in the sports bar during the day or on your private terrace or balcony, you can seamlessly blend work and leisure. This setup allows for both productivity and relaxation!

Booking

Spaces are extremely limited so we encourage you to get booked in early! There will be more information released closer to the retreat regarding excursions and various other exciting activites planned.

We want to be sure we are offering you the best coaches in the business. Myself and Eiril you may already be familiar with from FOMO Fitness, however Ane Randa will also be joining us for the week showcasing her background in competitive Crossfit and Functional Fitness competitions. Eiril Mehus

Yoga has been an important part of my life for many years, with over a decade of coaching experience. Along the way I have completed training in India, Bali and Norway respectively deepening both my personal practice and the way I share Yoga with others.

I mainly teach Yin Yoga – a practice that supports the connective tissue and helps release physical, mental and emotional tension. My classes are calm, guided, and grounding, offering space to slow down, restore energy, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.


Ane Pollestad Randa

Ane Pollestad Randa

Ane is an experienced physiotherapist, personal trainer, and nutritionist. Originally from Jæren and now based in Oslo, we’re fortunate to have her share her in-depth knowledge of CrossFit and functional fitness with our community.

Having competed at the highest level, Ane understands the physical and mental demands of elite performance. Her own journey—marked by both success and injury—has given her unique insight into overcoming setbacks and adapting training for long-term health. Ane is passionate about helping others scale workouts effectively and recover in the most efficient, sustainable way possible.
