Greit rom
Air condition virket dårlig.Vi gav beskjed 3 ganger uten at det ble noe bedere.Ikke mulighet til å oppbevare drikke kaldt på rommet.Ikke kjøleskap.

Basseng rett ut fra terrassen.
Da vi ankom fikk vi ikke 2 roms suiten vi hadde bestilt, men måtte ha en ett-roms leilighet i ett døgn. Dette fordi hotellet hadde registrert feil. Vårt rom ble da ikke ledig før dagen etter. Ikke optimalt å måtte dele rom med mine døtre på 14 og 25. Kompensasjon var da sen utsjekk (verdiløst da vi reiste kl. 10, samt i tillegg faktisk også inkludert i all-inclusive) samt noen gratis drinker. Dette var ikke særlig bra av hotellet.

Lang tid i resepsjonen, treg service. Ikke alle i restauranten var på i forhold til å tilby kaffe og påfyll.

Stay nextdoor in Lindos Grand

Very disappointed in this hotel. Dirty, tired and busy. We stayed here for a week in October, can’t imagine how overcrowded it would be in the summer as it was packed. The food in the restaurant is more or less the same every day, apart from the odd few changes. I’d recommend getting the freshly cooked food from the grill area or the fresh pizza’s (always a long queue when they were available) as all the other ‘hot’ foot was more or less cold and tasted old. Good selection of fresh salad. Wear mosquito repellent in the outdoor dining area as you will get bitten to death. The rooms… well there were a few of us staying here and all of us stayed in different areas of the hotel. We were in block 3000. Rooms were small, everything worked but in need of some TLC. Ant problems, shower drain doesn’t drain so quick showers only, cracks in mirror, lights flicker. From seeing other rooms we know these were slightly nicer rooms but still not great! We also paid for an upgraded room with a sea view but we didn’t get a sea view. We were then scared to move and risk getting a worse room… The pool area is dirty and overcrowded. The photos make it look really luxurious and spacious but you’re all crammed in like sardines if you want a sun bed. The best area is with the small pool near the a la carte restaurant as there were less sunbeds, so if you manage to get a sunbed it’ll be less crowded. The pool entertainment was quite fun to watch though. Pools are really really cold but really refreshing to cool off quickly. All inclusive alcoholic drinks weren’t great, either watered down or just weird machine made. Best drink was the slushies with added booze. You have to pay for bottled water in the shops unless you ask for it at dinner but you can fill your bottles up at the water machine near the pool bar(safe to drink). There is a bar which served nice cocktails in the hotel reception but these weren’t part of the package so the bar was always empty- real shame as it’s a lovely bar area. You couldn’t even sit there if you hadn’t bought anything from the bar. We were playing card games and were told to move. The beach area is alright, the beds are a bit rubbish unless you want to pay for the nicer ones which are part of Lindos Grand next door. If you are looking for an ok hotel that probably should be 3* with average rooms and not too fussed about having decent edible food then stay here. I’d recommend staying next door in Lindos Grand as it’s luxury in comparison.

Overbooked and put into substandard rooms in another hotel.

Please be aware.. We had a terrible experince here. We were here for a family wedding. We booked early. On arrival we had been overbooked. Put into a neraby sister hotel. Rooms were substandard, damp, rusty fredge etc. We were not allowed to use the fcailities of that hotel so had to go to the Lindos Royal for food, pool etc each day. We were seperated from other family members. This is not a 4 star hotel. Too numerous problems to mention. Only received £50 each ( £300) compensation from Jet 2 even though we paid over £7000 for the 6 of us. The hotel mamngement told Jet 2 a lot of lies which it looked like they belived. I wish I had recorded the conversations now.

The worst resort we have ever stayed at.

Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Avoid like the plague! Payed a fortune to stay here that claimed to be a 5 star, it is far from a 5 star more like a 2 star resort. The foods disgusting, the place stinks and is filthy. The drinks are vile and taste like feet. Our ‘deluxe suite room’ was an absolute abomination. It absolutely stank of cigarettes and looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 80s. The air-con barely worked as it was 100 years old and rattled so loud when we did want to use it, the mattress had springs sticking out of it and you only got one pillow each that was flatter than a pancake. Absolutely shocking experience. DO NOT PAY TO GO HERE!!!

Terrible, not a 5* more like a basic 3*

Absolutely terrible Hotel from decor , level of cleanliness to food and staff. Spent one week mid October. Pictures are deceptive, swim up pool room overlooked. Main restaurant was like a canteen, food poor quality, tasteless and consistently cold. Very obvious staff didn't want to be there, very rude and unhelpful. General maintenance and cleaning was sub standard - ref pics. On last night had Trainers taken, staff so unhelpful, had to return home in fit flops!. Be careful of leaving your property accidently behind in the main restaurant even for 10mins! First experience visiting Greece, would go back but not to Lindos Hotel brand.

A Royally good holiday

Had reservations after reading the reviews but we had a fab holiday & would recommend. Our hotel room was clean, modern & had a lovely side sea view. We had a big balcony, a nice walk in shower & the free safe was a bonus. Towels were changed daily & we loaned swimming pool towels for a €10pp deposit which we could change for fresh every other day. The pools & swimming areas were clean & tidy with comfy sun beds. The shingle beach was just a 5 min walk with free sun beds & umbrellas, would recommend beach shoes as getting in & out of the beautiful sea hurt my feet. The food was fab & we all enjoyed, as well as the buffet choices that were changed daily you could book the Asian/Mediterranean/Greek al a carte restaurants. The only negative of the holiday was the drinks, they were so strong, the cocktails were undrinkable but the beer & Greek baileys went down a treat! Hotel is located on the outskirts of Lindos surrounded by other all inc hotels so not a lot of life or much to see but the town was only a short €10 euro taxi ride away- we spent a day here visiting the acropolis then had a afternoon on the beautiful Sandy beach & also came in on an evening which was stunning to see the town at night. We flew with Jet2 which I could not fault, overall a fabulous family break 😎
