Blissful Holiday in a lovely relaxed, friendly , spotlessly clean retreat

From the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive and very friendly. It is a great - run hotel and all work very hard to make your holiday special. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. The food they served was exceptional and very reasonably priced. The swimming pool was absolutely perfect with lots of comfortable sun beds. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Value for money spot on

Everyone at Lindos Royal Hotel is always so warm and there’s a real family vibe at the hotel. It was my second time staying and I’m already looking forward to returning. The value for money is spot on, the hotel is always so well looked after and is in the perfect location for exploring Lindos.

Well Deserved 4 Star.

We had a great time! The trip was a surprise to propose (she said yes!). The hotel was very nice, the room was big and well taken care of, and the staff are very skilled and welcoming. The proposal took place at the a-la carte restaurants in the hotel, and the amazing staff helped me set up a table at sunset and also take pictures. The food was was also very good. One name I have to mention is Antonnes who works at the front desk. He helped me with my proposal, helped us retrieve a jacket that was forgotten in a taxi and was generally just very kind and welcoming. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the food at the dining room. It wasn't bad but just OK. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay at Lindos Royal. Also, check out the Shine spa at the compound! We got a great couple's massage.

Excellent resort, excellent room with breakfast buffet

The Lindos royal for me is one of the best of resorts . You can check in and stay there enjoying the beautiful scenes and facilities without leaving the hotel . The breakfast is an experience by itself. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. The food quality excellent, healthy and fresh and the view is excellent.

Not what we expected…kids 10 8 and 7 months

We have just returned from a family holiday from Rhodes, we stayed at the Royal Lindos. This was our first opportunity to have a family holiday since 2019 due to both working front line during covid and then other leave restrictions placed on us through our employer. The weather was fabulous sadly the rest of the holiday left us disappointed unfortunately this hotel is definitely not a 4/5 hotel I have attached some pictures/ videos from our experiences. The hotel reception is lovely however the rest of the hotel is tired looking and needs attention and maintenance. I believe that the star rating needs reviewing as it’s not reflected in the current state of the hotel it’s more similar to a 2 star plus / 3 star rating. We were given 2 single beds instead of a double and the baby cot we were provided with had a folded up mattress topper instead of a safety approved infant mattress. When you ran the shower and bath for the first few seconds the water comes out orange and there is areas of damp in the shower. On the balcony area there is damage to the wall structure with debris falling on to the balcony, the light fitting above was falling out and not working. The patio door didn’t lock properly and with children it’s not reassuring. The hotel were asked to check it but no one came. There was also no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and very limited hangers in the wardrobes. The hotel is very isolated and is not suitable for family’s or children, you have no opportunity to walk anywhere from the hotel other than down to the beach, you have to get a taxi if you want to need to go anywhere. There is no entertainment/ activities for children and the hotel advertised a childrens play area which was abandoned and unsafe my children are of school age and were allowed time off school in term time to have some family fun but due to not having anything child related to do other than spend all my savings in the small games room which isn’t ideal in today’s climate and defeated the point of an all inclusive family holiday. There is a terrible wasp problem and the hotel do not appear to have a way of resolving the situation. I have spoken to the jet2 representative at my earliest opportunity and she said she understood my concerns and asked me to email jet2 who since replied saying they believe there are no issues at the hotel.
