Only service people
There was nothing that Europenian can eat. Food was terible, room stinks like mold, around the hotel it’s reconstructions every time.

hotellet fullt av indianere, frokosten overfylt, servicen holdt ikke tritt, veldig uhygienisk, sammenstøt mellom to kulturer, mangel på europeiske retter, forholdsregler og hygiene er tragisk !!!!!!

Hyggelig betjening, spendende frokostretter, tilfredstillende rengjøring, beliggenheten 10 min fra en sentral busstasjon og metrostopp.

Lokasjon, hyggelige ansatte.
Air condition på rommet var defekt. Den var blokkert på -19 grader så rommet var iskaldt.Elektriker kom 3 ganger, trykket på knapper og mente det var fikset, men det var det ikke. 2-3 dager før utsjekk ble vi tilbudt nytt rom, men vi takka nei. Da vi ikke orket flytteprosessen.

Fraud Hotel

We booked the hote for our March 2023trip through Wyndham's website.we got the email confirmation and also it was showing in the Website.on the day of our check in when we reached the property they said the booking is cancelled .we never cancelled the booking nor did not get any confirmation on the cancellation.we asked the staff about it and they were very arrogant and said they doesn't know about it .And then after sometime they offered us a room in a different hotel at higher price.So they sold our room to someone else for higher price.Very bad behaviour from the hotel and staff .How can they just cancel the booking and not let us know.Please never never book the hotel.

3 night stay

The hotel is I would say for the Indian market, and breakfast also dictates the same. Rooms are a little dated and needs update, but comfortable. All staff were very helpful. parking was available free

Short Term Stay But Good Enough to Sleep

It is my second time staying in Howard Johnson Bur Dubai. And I came during the peak season. I have refreshed feeling this time even I can not deny the room looked old. I only stay 2 nights but it is already familiar place to me. Good to have my own queen bed. However, I am sure it is fair price hotel for tourist.

Excellent services was provided through Shreya. Awesome atmosphere and the way of communication with customer was very well. All services the have provided on time to time without any delay..thank you for provid the best service.

Location - the area specifically was okish nothing too great about it … but no reach to public transportation ie. The metro station was 15 mins walk from the hotel .. the bus stop was also far away. There were frequent taxies that showed up but … for travellers like me i would have preferred public transport. The double bed was 2 separate single beds joined together. The sockets in the room did not work properly and our adapter plugs kept popping out There was nothing in the minibar fridge. One of the lights wasnt working and then on requesting to fox it up it wasnt done. The breakfast was mediocre aswell. Though they had a lot of variety everyday .. The last but a big disappointment was when i cut my knee while getting ready and due to that.. there were 3 blood marks on the bedsheet .. also on one of the towels there was a little makeup mark and that too just powder makeup and not any lipstick or oil based one, for this they charged us 240 AED. Yes this didnt make any sense as the main cost would have been 10-15 AED .. which we wouldve been ready to pay but what the hell was the 240 about. When asked up on they said that was the maintenance cost and it had to be paid. So with this experience their service level also went down and they left us helpless while checking out of the hotel. Sorry to say but the overall experience was sad at the Howard Johnson hotels by Whyndham
