4th stay and always perfect

This was my 4th stay at Canopy. Always perfect feeling, welcoming and nice stay. I had room 138 one bed apartment with amazing view to Dubai Creek with ships. Hotel has extrmly friendly staff and high level of services. I am sure that soon back.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at.all staff is very friendly and helpful.the housekeeper Roshan was very friendly and always made sure everything was good and that we had enough of everything he was awesome will definitely stay here Again

Poor Customer orientation

Had the worst check-in experience at the Hotel. Had an advance booking and there was some confusion on bill-to-company billing instruction. The hotel made me wait for an hour and despite my assurance that it will get sorted in 30 mins else i will pay up an advance, they still didn't allow us to check-in and made our family with a small kid wait in the lobby. This is despite having stayed with them for 3 weeks just 10 days back and being a Hilton Honors member. Had to keep following up on the comms status and they were least bothered on proactively sorting it. Sad to see the lip service to customer centricity in the hotel and that rules take precedence over customer trust and service. Definitely will not recommend this Hotel due to their poor service orientation.

Maintenance Nightmare!

my room didn't have hot water after a long day at the beach from 4pm to 9pm. I had to leave like that without taking a shower for my evening appointment. it was a nightmare to go through something like this on a 3 day trip.

Guest orientation

I arrived at the hotel late at night and it was nice that the hotel was waiting for me, the check-in agent immediately called me by name and asked how my trip to Dubai went. I am a Gold Member of the Hilton Honors program, I was thanked for my loyalty and printed an information sheet about the hotel and my privileges, I got the maximum upgrade, this is more than they could have offered me initially, thank you. The hotel is very chamber and cozy, with a very pleasant design. The service as a whole exceeded my expectations, despite minor troubles, the manager quickly corrected the situation and even exceeded my expectations, they are really focused on the guest. I really regret that I changed the hotel to another Hilton hotel during my visit to Dubai. The only thing I would like is a variety of dishes at breakfast, every day there was the same choice of dishes, and add some choice of hot for a European tourist. I would like to highlight the waiter's girl with a pigtail, I could not make out her name. She was always in a positive mood and did her job promptly and was kind to all guests at breakfast. I like the concept of Canopy hotels with a free cocktail at the bar, but only got to use this perk once due to the inconvenient timing of the offer and my schedule. I liked the area, it's beautiful and there is where to walk. Probably the best hotel environment outside the center in all of Dubai! The next time I visit Dubai, I will consider this hotel in the first place!
