Paradero ll apartementos er et enkelt og greit innkvarteringsalternativ hvis man ikke setter spesielt høye krav til luksus. Paradero ll har ikke egen resepsjon. Man må sjekke inn og ut på et nærliggende hotell. Rommene holdes imidlertid rene og betjeningen er hyggelig og serviceminded. Kan absolutt anbefales hvis man ønsker å bruke feriebudsjettet på en del annet enn hotellovernatting. Mange og gode restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet og hotellet ligger en kort spasertur til strandpromenaden i Las Americas og shoppingsentra og forretninger. Det er imidlertid lytt mellom rommene, så støy fra andre rom og fra nærliggende balkonger og utearealer kan i noen tilfeller by på utfordringer.

Riddled with cockroaches!!!

There is 2 different apartment complex. We had to walk down a dark alley to get to the hotel not safe for young girls as me and my friend both 22 years old got put in this one there are men that hide in the trees/bushes which watch you and also shout sexual remarks to you Stayed here to find our room riddled with cockroaches they were in our sink in the cutlery and even went into our suitcases!! We informed the receptionist to be told that it is normal they will come to spray the room and not to have our balcony door open at all. We asked for a room change which got refused for the first ask. We went to the beach came back to get ready all seemed fine. When we got back to the room there they were again running around the floor beds and benches. We called the reception which they didn’t care went up to talk to them in person they told us nothing they can do handed us a spray to spray the room ourselves which made them worse!! We ended up sleeping at the reception which also had cockroaches in when we pointed them out the receptionist then accused us of putting them everywhere?? We talked to a manger which said they could change us but would properly happy again.

Great location at a great price

The apartment was very clean bright, spacious and very well equipped. It was cleaned every second day by Isa who did a fantastic job in a friendly manner. It was located very close to the beach and probably the noisiest part of the strip. However the complex wasn't affected by this. There was no air con but the fan that was provided was sufficient. Overall it was great value for money and made for a great holiday

A great place to stay.

We stayed for 9 nights, the room was excellent very spacious with a very big balcony that had the sun most of the day. The room had plenty of wardrobe space and a very good sized bathroom with a walk in shower. It was serviced every other day to a very high standard. We arrived during the day the check in was very easy and the reception team were very attentive and professional. We cannot recommend this complex highly enough it was absolutely excellent.

Don't book a room facing the road

Just came back from a solo trip for a week. Inside the room was clean and updated. The room I stayed in was facing the main road which meant at 4am every morning without fail I was woken up by drunk rowdy groups arguing or shouting all the way up the road. I could hear other residents shouting at these groups to keep the noise down so I know I wasn't alone with this issue. This is an unfortunate consequence of being located so close to Veronicas. Also the balcony never saw any sun which meant drying clothes was pretty much impossible. Would I stay here again? well it was cheap and I guess cheap for a reason. Maybe I'd stay if I was to stop at one of the apartments behind the row I was on. Those had sunlight on the balconys and might have been sheltered from the noise from the people walking down the road.
