Entertainment the best

Ercan and Nico provided very good entertainment there lots of games pool darts volley ball. Thank you so much for everything our room is clean to this one time I think they’re the best but we read many bad comments This is not true we been here come and check

Don’t bother

Definitely won’t be returning, similar to other reviews this hotel is very outdated and dirty. The staff at reception are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The food is awful, had to eat out for most meals. Hundreds of stairs to get to the room which was advertised as a balcony although you can’t even fit two people on it, with a view of the staff room! The lights and shower in our room didn’t work neither did the mini fridge, there were multiple power cuts during our stay too. Don’t waste your money coming here.

Do Not Enter!!!!!

If you're booking this hotel, change! Just pay to go somewhere else. I think it's the dirtiest most dated hotel I've stayed in. The food is the same from lunch to dinner and bloody awful. The surface around the pool is dangerous and the place is like a maze - a maze of steps. The rooms aren't the cleanest with cob webs everywhere. Please please save yourself the emotional damage if you're thinking of bringing your family here. The staff are friendly enough and trying their best

An awesome week with my family

Charming Bodrum

I had the most incredible stay at Hotel Phoenix Sun in Bodrum Gumbet! Ercan, Elnara, Hatem, Ozgur, and Burhan made my experience unforgettable.
