Bodde på "Parkim Ayaz" i høstferien 2011. Oppholdet ble noe preget av dårlig vær i 4 av 7 dager, men hotellet innfridde ikke forventningene vi hadde..da vi ankom var det full fest på nabo baren, med høy musikk til ca kl 2 om natten, Minibaren var et tomt kjøleskap som vi måtte fylle selv,og havutsikten vi var forespeilet fikk vi ikke..frokost og middagbuffeen var ikke spesielt imponerende, og flere av hotellets fasiliteter var ikke tilgjengelig, som klatrevegg, minigolf, badstue etc..stranden var skitten med dårlige strandsenger og lite innbydende..Bodrum sentrum var kjekt, og tar gjerne en ny tur dit, men neppe til dette hotellet..i beste fall et 2+ hotell..

Mixed feelings - probably more a 3.5 than a 4 star

Hotel - Rooms are nice enough but quite small. Powerful shower. The hotel grounds were well kept and the customer service, especially at the bar and buffet was very good. The food was plentiful. I wouldn't recommend the fish restaurant though, although it was a nice setting the food in the buffet was better, you also do not get free drinks in the a la carte, and they kept giving water without asking if we wanted a new bottle and that was chargeable. The drinks in general could do with improving, the cocktails weren't great. The hotel layout was good and nicely spread out. You have to pay £10pp deposit for a towel. You also have to pay £15 non refundable amount for a safe key (this is inconvenient) and IMO should be included wih the room. Animals - I love animals and loved seeing the resident tortoises around the grounds. There were dogs on the beach but all were friendly. There were a lot of friendly cats around the hotel, and the hotel do leave out water and dry food for them. Towards the end of the holiday I saw there were 5 kittens with there mum around the pool with the slide, one of the black kittens has a poorly eye, so if you are reading this and are a vet, maybe you could take something with you in case you can help it? It may be that it is blind in that eye but hope someone can help. It was having lots of fun with it's siblings so seemed ok otherwise. Surrounding area - sadly this is what let the holiday down, there are bars/clubs near the hotel that go on until early hours, this did impact our sleep. I appreciate this doesn't impact everyone but it would put me off staying again. Also a little way down from the hotel there is a fair amount of rubbish on the beach. The Turkish shops are a little annoying as well as you can't walk past them without people trying to pull you in to buy fake goods. Trips - I recommend heading into Bodrum, nice bars on the beach and the Castle is lovely and worth a visit, it is very cheap to get there on a Dolmus or in a Taxi. We also found a nice restaurant called Hacimollarhan. We booked a number of tours through Easy Book Tours. The private boat day trip was great and worth the money. It is their boat so have full control. Be careful of the ATV tour, there is only one company that offer it and sadly one of the employees hit one of our groups bike as they (the employee) were playing around. We also went diving with Happy Bubbles, beautiful waters and the guides were very attentive.

Robinson's gumbet and bodrum holiday

Excellent place to stay, food awesome, staff excellent, beautiful place for all , hotel on the beach, 🏖️ and great experience , water sports excellent , shops right outside of the hotel, cheque in was quick , lots of night life in gumbet, dolmus stop's out side of the hotel and 10 minute ride into bodrum

Grat place! Highly recommended!

Great place, great food, great entertainment - cool animators, beautiful beach, the water is clean. There are an entertainment activities during the whole day and there is a tematic evening at the bar every night.

YOU MUST GO!!!!

Absolutely a must, this hotel and complex has everything you could need or want. Great facilities, great range of food and drinks, great entertainments team, great staff, great housekeeping, honestly not a bad word to say. You MUST have a Turkish Bath here, go see Mahmut, he will sort you out and you will not be disappointed, too, top bloke, incredible! Vahap and Firat in the main dining area are the nicest fellas you could wish to meet and are so helpful. Great guys, great service, really made our break more special. Go and see Tony on the beach front for anything to do with water sports, top top man, so helpful with everything and has time for everyone. Great range of activities and good prices, great fun. The entertainment team are spot on and do not stop, all you need to do is get involved, the more you do the better it is. A mention to Selami, he works for Roy’s Tattoo shop, what a lovely bloke. Our daughter had a small tattoo done on the trip, Selami was great with her and was just so very kind and great to talk to. Directly outside the hotel there is so much to see and places to buy your gear! Shout out to King Kev, bags and purses. Super Mario, trainers and shoes, Oz, watches and glasses. Good honest, helpful guys making a living with good quality items, no hassle and not looking to rip anyone off. Refreshing change! Definitely going back.
