Flott beliggenhet i hjertet av Puerto de la Cruz.

Flott beliggende leilighetshotell.Betjeningen er veldig hjelpsom. Det er viktig å få leilighet med utsikt mot torget. Leiligheten er greitt utstyrt. Bassenget på taket er helt greitt,ellers gangavstand til strand og havsbasseng

Helt OK hotell...

Litt slitt hotell, men rolig å greit. kort vei til masse gode resturanger... lite basseng på taket av hotellet, helt greit nå når det ikke var så masse gjester men ellers er det bare ca 15 minutt å gå til stort utvendig badeland som passer for både store å små. så om du/dere ikke er opptatt av luksus så er dette ett hotell jeg fint kunne reist tilbake til.

Vi var 2 par som bestilte uspesifisert reise til kr. 5000,- pr person gjennom apollo. Vi ble veldig skuffet over standarden på møbler, vedlikehold, renhold, og lås på døra til fransk balkong. Et par fikk fransk balkong, og det andre paret hadde bare vindu. Det var kakkerlakker på badet, vi lot lyset stå på gangen, og badet for å unngå at de kom fram. Det var veldig lytt. Resepsjons personell, hilste aldri. Vi ble så skuffet, klagde men fikk ikke respons på klagen til apollo. Hadde den uspesifiserte reisen vært billigere, så hadde vi bytta hotell. Men vi fant ut at vi ikke kunne ødelegge ferien, og fant fram det positive. Det positive var at hotellet lå sentralt. Vi kommer ikke til å bo mer på dette hotellet.

A bit shabby, but fine for us...

I am guessing that this was one of the first hotels ever built in Puerto when tourism first opened up here. A far cry from the 20 storey monstrosities that scar the other end of the town. It shows its age, and it would take way too much investment to bring it back to its former glory. It's a bit dog-eared and it will probably stay that way. You need a sense of humour and accept many of the shortcomings for what they are. Three stars is a stretch of the imagination in my opinion, however, I believe the staff do their very best with what they have to work with. It's not their fault the company does not provide modern flat screen tvs, or fixed the cracks in the tiles or fixed the lifts which are still out of action. None of the rooms have air conditioning. The representative photos are accurate when they show dark furniture, old style televisions etc, so don't expect anything different. Our room overlooking the plaza was spacious, clean and relatively quiet, barring the odd inconsiderate neighbour. Yes there are limited cooking facilities, no kettle or toaster, the toilet does not flush easily, and the shower is a bit eccentric, but with some imagination we managed. It was nice to have a balcony. Great location right in the older part of town, so don't expect sea views, easy parking or dead silence after dark. I would say the rooftop pool is adequate, many sundeds were broken which seemed in keeping with the general standard, but it was clean. Only accessed by stairs, so may be an issue for people with mobility issues. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in what we accept is a good value budget hotel that needs some better maintenance. If your holiday is all about the hotel, you may be disappointed. We weren't, because it's all out there in the surrounding streets which is why we came . We would return to Puerto de la cruz and this hotel, no problem.

Nice place central in Puerto de la Cruz, close to center and see. Nice with balcony and terrasse on roof top. Friendly crew, assisting when my husbond got ill and was hospitalized,. Allways helpfull and pleasent.
