Fantastic Hotel !

The hotel is new,modern,nicely decorated and very cleaned! The piscine,the gardens and the surroundings are very beautiful! The personnel is helpful! The food in the breakfast and dinner was tasteful! They have free bus to the beaches! Although it was fully booked it was also calmly in the hotel! All in all very nice holidays in this hotel in Gran Canaria! We highly recommend it!

Absolutely Brilliant Holiday

Wow what a fantastic holiday. The Hotel is spotlessly clean, loads of sunbeds so no mad rush to reserve which by the way annoys me. We upgraded to all inclusive and couldn't fault a thing. Mary on Reception was so lovely. Most of the bar staff work very hard especially at meal times (apart from one which I will not name who was quite grump). Rooms are great and cleaned very regularly. Overall I cannot fault and will when we can (have the funds) return.

Great gay friends getaway!!

This hotel was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in ever to date! and the best in Gran Canaria by a mile. The grounds and pool and rooms were beautiful, extremely clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly and so helpful. The reception team are so friendly and funny and made me and my 3 friends feel extremely comfortable. As a group of gay men sometimes hotels and staff and sometimes the guests can make you feel like a spectacle or uncomfortable, but this hotel ticked every single box, great food, very varied choices for lunch and dinner and the all inclusive selection of drinks were very good! The bar staff and restaurant staff also were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! We definitely felt this was worth every penny and me and my friends loved that it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of maspalomas town that it felt quiet and luxurious but also a few minute taxi ride for €6 euros to the yumbo centre for nightlife! They have the perfect balance of luxury/calm and silts only feel and also facilities for the children and families. Evening entertainment was lovely and the live music was great. Would absolutely return again and recommend to anyone!

Nice hotel, good food

Nice, modern & spacious rooms. Rather small hotel with very nice pool area. Food is good, but when you’re only entering the last hour of opining hours, we’ve found a more limited offer (as sometimes things were out of stock - which is a pitty). Nevertheless the food is of great quality. Also very nice with the live music every evening as of 8.15pm. A special thank you & call out for YURI M. She was absolutely the most enthusiastic & always smiling waitress! She made our holiday very personal by keeping in mind our names & room number (for charging the ball).

Slightly secluded as people are mentioning, but DO NOT let that put you off of this amazing hotel!

Incredible hotel this was! The staff couldn’t do enough for you from start to finish. The rooms and all of the facilities are absolutely spotless with cleaners working around the clock to maintain this, and you could definitely tell! We went all inclusive just me and my mate, and this one we looked at was yes, slightly secluded but that was what we were both looking for. We aren’t interested in partying all night anymore, just somewhere we could have a relaxing week away and just chill with good food, good drinks and good service, and this is exactly what we got. When I say secluded, don’t get me wrong, there’s a shop on the complex and one about 10 mins walk down the road, we also popped to a restaurant on the coast a couple of nights of the week, and it was a 10 mins taxi about 5 or 6 euros each way. This hotel had a great variety of food at breakfast lunch and dinner, snack bar, drinks from 11-11 I think it was, and the all inclusive option gets you access to all of the proper cocktails you can drink! There is entertainment some evenings with a singer on the stage, animation team throughout every day doing the usual water polo, darts, bowls that kinda thing. Rooms incredible, pool too, I have literally nothing bad to say about this one, not even one slight thing, very impressed. 10/10 would recommend to either couples, or you and a mate or two that just wants a nice quiet holiday.
