God ferie

Vi har hatt ei kjempefin uke på Barcelo Fuerteventura. Hotellet er velholdt og veldrevet. Betjeningen er vennllig og effektiv. Vi hadde all inclusive, og måltidene har vært gode og rikelige, med god variasjon på lunsj og middag. Til middag kunne vi tenkt oss kaffe til desserten, men den fikk vi ta i baren etterpå. Bassengområdet er stort, med flere bassenger og gode solforhold. Vi hadde ikke problem med å finne ledig plass, selv etter lunsj. Vi kunne kanskje klart oss uten noen av duene ved bassengbaren. Fra bassengområdet kan du gå ut på strandpromenaden og rett ned på ei bred strand. I vannet er det stein, og det kan være vondt å gå ut ved lavvann. Soloppgangen på strandpromenaden mot øst er en opplevelse.

Taco place

The food was absolutely lovely in the Taco restaurant. It’s a buffet style menu and had some really good options! It’s highly sought out and they managed to squeeze us in even though we didn’t book! I would recommend other guests to come here.

Superb

Really great fresh food options, great atmosphere and vibe in the Mexican restaurant itself and a super friendly and attentive staff. The kitchen staff were also helpful. 10/10 our favourite meal at the resort! Would recommend to other guests especially for a nice ‘evening out’ experience while still within the comfort of the resort.

Anniversary holiday

We had a lovely week here. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room was spacious and very clean. Service was quick and friendly. The Mexican restaurant was beautiful. Will definitely be returning

Be careful….NOT All inclusive !

Disappointing start to our holiday as we paid for all inclusive, to be told at check in it’s €10 deposit per towel. (Refundable) , but there’s a €2 charge to change your towel.. never anywhere in the world have we had to pay to have a clean towel. So we went to the bar for a drink and I asked for a Guinness to be told it will be additional €5.25 supplement… it was only €5 for Guinness in the bar down the street. Then there was the €3 per day to use the safe deposit box. I scratched my head in disbelief. We met some other guests who had paid for all inclusive PLUS to get all of the above included only to be let down with the €20 charge to restock their mini bar . Now for the positives, spacious rooms and the whole property was immaculate wherever we looked, food was fantastic so no complaints there. Location is directly on the sea front with a paved walkway that was a lovely walk in the morning or evening, at the front it’s just steps from bars and restaurants. The staff were faultless Would we go back??? Too right we would, fantastic holiday, many thanks to all of the wonderful staff
