Fine og store rom.
Gården i hotellet er litt for liten for så mange folk. En blir sittende veldig.tett opp mot andre folk. Det blir fryktelig varmt der når sola steker. Rommene er fine ,rene og store. Maten fortreffelig.
Ok for a cheap all inclusive in Majorca
About 15 euros in the taxi from the airport which was great. We had asked for a pool view at the time of booking but was told there wasn't one available until Monday (we arrived Saturday) so said it was fine. Allocated room 161 please see the pics of our view. I think the guests are predominantly French so the evening entertainment was mainly geared towards them. The food is what you expect from all inclusive apart from the coffee which was not great. You have to pay extra for wifi which isn't even in communal areas. On the plus side both beaches are great 2 mins walk. Drinks were fab and apart from the staff asking you to get to bed at 12 they were great and worked really hard
Good but not great
You can only choose between average and very good on the overall rating but if there had been a " good " option this is the on I would have chosen. The good points first, excellent location only 10 minutes from the airport. So we arrived quickly and well in time for dinner on the first night.Drinks were good, most staff pleasant including Ricardo in the bar who gave superb service with a smile Plenty of sunbeds available, no mad rush early morning to bag one.No music round the pool which was fine by us but might not be for everybody and a mixed group of nationalities with no body treated any better than the other. Entertainment was also pretty good, a couple of singers,Spanish dancing, acrobats etc Plenty of bars, shops and eating places right outside the hotel and C,an Pastilla is a lovely resort, quiet but you have Arenal on your doorstep if you want a livelier night. Palma is just 1.50 euro on the bus takes about 25 minutes. OK so food, i found this average and i did not think the quality was great. Same salad selection every night, always same 2 cold meats put out. I always found a meal but they were not great, 2 types of fish dishes always on offer, various other stirfrys, paella so like i say you could find something but after a week it became a challenge. However one night there was fresh prawns, mussels and that was a real treat. Coffee in the restaurant tasted like dishwater, very weak. And here is a strange thing you could not get a tea or coffee at lunch or dinner but you could get a beer for breakfast !. In terms of breakfast more of the same, poor quality sausages, the bacon was more like fried spam. There was some but not a great deal of fruit put out. Snacks were put out from 10.30 but we found these cold the day we tried them although i saw an electrician later on trying to fix the hotplate so we may have just chosen the wrong day ! The rooms were fine if not a lot of storage space and the beds very comfortable. The cleaning could have been better and the sheets were not changed during our stay. If the entertainment was not for you you could sit away from it either in the bar, by the pool or an outside patio at the front.Overall we did enjoy our week and don,t let my take on the food put you off as its an individual thing, others we talked to thought it was fine. Be prepared to get your money out when you check in we paid 46 euros tax, 15 euros each for WiFi and I think 12 euros to hire the safe. So i know there a few negative points but overall for the price we paid this is the reason why i am saying the review overall was good. But like anywhere there is always room for improvement.
Wonderful holiday would recommend
After reading the reviews before arriving here I was a little dubious as some people were not happy but having just spent the week there I just don't know how these people can complain. Our rooms were ready for us on arrival even when not was only early afternoon. My man had a single room and myself, husband x son had a family room. It was very spacious and even had a spare bed! The shower room was modern and clean. Air on worked fine. Pool area is quite small but it didn't feel closed in or overly busy. We got the same sun beds each day without any Hassel and there were always spare beds. The pool doesn't get very busy so that was fine and the pool side bar was a bonus. Entertainment is available through the day for anyone who wants to join in provided by Maite & Yuri and they were great, very friendly and very helpful. Yuri spend time with my son who has asperges as he understood his needs. Night time entertainment varied with some very good shows, the circus was brilliant and so funny. We found the food to be nice also with lots of choice, we didn't find it overcooked or cold as some people had stated. There seemed to be something different each time except for the desserts which were a bit repetitive but there was still a choice. Drinks were fine, there were help yourself soft drink despensers including to flavours of slush and tea x coffee machine there too. Alcohol obviously had to be got at the bar but there was never a queue x bar staff were helpful x friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided every day. There was always a cleaner around and the entire communal areas were mopped daily and windows cleaned. Beach is within 5 mins walk and that was lovely too. Shops close by and airport about 10 minutes away but we were not disturbed by the sound of planes at all Would recommend this hotel to families and couples, there were not a lot of children there when we went. The hotel just has a relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed it very much Beds were extremely comfortable too
The photos looked much better than the hotel actually does. The plus point was that it was the comfiest bed we have ever had. The pool opened about 9.30 each morning but you didn't need to queue for beds, there were always some available. The room had other peoples hairs under the desk when we arrived and still did when we left despite me moving the stool so the maid could see the hairs. The sheets were not changed all week and when it is 35 degrees the bedding does need changing more regularly The food was dreadful ! Most main courses overcooked to the point of being 'sloppy' and mainly luke warm and not much taste . The desserts were , cold bread and butter pudding, cold custard, cold rice pudding and jelly. (this was almost every meal time!) 1 cake cut into small pieces and if they hadn't put a note on saying what flavour it was you would never have guessed. I tried to complain about the room to the receptionist , Barbara, a very nice lady but did not understand English so nothing got done. Would never go back to this hotel
