Elsket hotellet, beliggenheten, de fine Bungalow’ene, bassengene og de andre fasilitetene som hørte til hotellet! Perfekt kort gangavstand til stranden og restauranter og supermarked! Hyggelige ansatte!
Clean and Modern Hotel
I'll start with the positive points: Very clean and quite modern hotel We stayed in the bungalows across the road and they were very spacious and clean. Downside is that the road can be busy and noisy, but the double glazing meant that sleep wasn't a problem. May not be suitable for young children, because of the road. Friendly and efficient staff. Pool area very spacious and clean, although the water never seemed to warm up! Negative points: Food basic and choice limited and sometimes not very hot. Soup could be luke warm and watery at times. However, to be fair, some dishes were very nice, it was all just a bit hit and miss. We usually look forward to our meals, especially at night times, but we never really got excited about what was on offer. Again, to be fair, we usually book 4 star hotels and this one is advertised as 3 star and priced accordingly, so you get what you pay for. If you're half board, you can swap evening meal to eat at lunch time and then go out for the night for a meal. Entertainment a bit hit and miss, which is like a lot of hotels these days. One night there were was an acrobat/fire show which lasted less than 30 minutes and that was it for the night! Wouldn't advise all inclusive as there are nice restaurants nearby to try. Nothing at all happening at the hotel through the day. Lastly, the Russians...! Obviously very popular with them and it was very hard to find anyone who spoke English. A lot's been said about them being rude and ignorant and miserable, but, in the main, we didn't have a problem with them. However, there was one or two times when we had an "incident" with them - one I can remember was when we were waiting to get on a bus and a Russian lady was using her young child to push through the crowd. I let her child get through and then stood in front of the lady so she couldn't get past. She had to shout to stop her child getting on the bus until she waited her turn. Made my day! In conclusion, not the worst hotel by any means, but we probably wouldn't return.
Perfect holiday, thank you Nissiana!
Excellent hotel! Room serviced every day, except for Sunday. Breakfast selection was superb, staff were helpful, friendly and attentive at all times. Location ideal: Beautiful beach across the road and just a short taxi/bus journey into the busier heart of Ayia Napa and the Harbour area. Only negative, no kettle in room as standard, although they are available for hire.
The hotel is located very close to Nissi Beach, a cross the street - 3 min. We stayed 7 days here, on the 4th floor of the hotel, we had a room with partial view to the sea and half pension. The hotel is clean, the food was ok, what I didn't like it was that they didn't have food for babies not children. For children it was what to choose and you could easily find something for them. They served fresh fruits only in the evening, at the breakfast the had fruits from compote. But, on the other part they were prepared with barbies table seats for the babies. Overall, there was what to choose for eating. They have a little playing place prepared for the children but it is partially damaged. I recommend the hotel if you are looking just for a place were to sleep and eat... It's fine.
This is a lovely hotel. Big, clean and well maintained pool with lots of sun beds, also a little kiddy pool. Lots of different choice available on the all inclusive, including snacks served in between meal times which included burgers, omelettes and bolognese etc, and a Super friendly and helpful staff, and a very clean hotel. Rooms were cleaned almost daily. We stayed in the bungalows and that was fab, it was like having your own house. A cooker and fridge was included and it’s own terrace and balcony. Minutes away from nissi beach, and lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance too. The hotel was mainly occupied by Russians, who we found to be very rude and ignorant which was a bit of a let down but thats no fault of the hotel. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it was nice to have the option there. Overall a really lovely hotel and would definitely stay again!
