Truly spoiled - after initial disappointment

Following our initial disappointment - late flight meant the half board option had finished serving and nothing had been set aside for us, we were advised to eat at the Pacifico (15% discount) and the fact that though we’d been ‘upgraded’ to a swim up suite there were no views, except the back wall of the Pacifico restaurant with the associated noise from the bar! Given it was late & dark and we were unable to peruse our surroundings for the sea view we had booked and expected, we advised both reception and Kostas, the General Manager that we would be seeking to be re accommodated the following day. The concern and attention to our dissatisfaction was addressed with ultimate professionalism and soon we were re located to a wonderful room complete with sea view and private pool! Thank you to Despoina (apologies if I have your name wrong) the reception manager. Our stay from here was exceptional! We had already booked with Flow restaurant for our wedding anniversary, having read about it prior to our stay and am delighted to say that we received a complementary bottle of Prosecco and desserts, with a warm wishes from the staff. The buffet breakfast is brilliant and has a wide choice of both hot and cold options, fruit, breads, cereals and a choice of milk. The chef prepares any combination of omelette and eggs to your order. Everything is replenished to maintain the choice. A niggle from me, as a tea drinker, the hot water urn at times, didn’t provide boiling water - marking the tea a little stewed. The evening buffet is also excellent with a variety of starters, meats and fish cooked to order and desserts - well they are just superb ( especially for a chocoholic) We enjoyed evening cocktails at the flow bar whilst watching the sunset! Absolutely beautiful. The customer service is excellent, and the staff are courteous and friendly and want you to enjoy your stay. Kostas (GM) greeted us on more or less a daily basis assuring us of his attention and to appreciate if we were having a pleasant stay. Thomas -bar manager - thanks for your attention and courtesy each evening serving our wine! Cote du Rhône don’t forget! I was also appreciated of the yoga and Pilates sessions, very relaxing and Leda’s guidance. Just one little point - though the rooms are well appointment there’s no dressing table for the application of make up! If you fancy a little walk - 15 mins takes you to the village of Tsivili and a further 5 mins to the beach- though the hotel does offer a shuttle bus. Overall a splendid stay in a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. I really didn’t want to leave and have returned home relaxed and refreshed. We’re looking to visit again next year.

Amazing place

We visited Nikkei Pacifico. The food, the atmosphere, the cocktails were perfect. Nice crowed, high quality service, amazing design. We enjoy our visit to Olea All Suite Hotel. Finally the best 5 stars hotel in Zakynthos.

Amazing experience

For sure the best hotel in Zante. Architecture, nature, luxury, high quality services and friendly staff make your stay unforgettable. Can't wait to be back next year. Relaxing and enjoying the Zante sun in an exclusive environment was a lifetime experience for me and my family.

Great stay

This hotel and grounds are stunning, flawlessly desgined. The private pool area was such a highlight for us, the pool being a bigger size than we expected and we didnt want to leave. The reason for not giving it five stars is the finishes and the bathroom for the price and "luxury standard" are not five star. Also disappointing that they had offered us a 15 minute per person spa voucher, we spoke to the spa as soon as we arrived and they were completely booked out for the three days we were there and unable to use these, this would have been a very nice touch if we were able to use these.

Beautifully designed hotel

We stayed here for a week at the very beginning of September, and were blown away by the stylish design and luxury feel to the hotel. We had a friendly and personal welcome from reception staff and our room was comfortable and spacious, with a stunning view of the pools and the sea beyond. The food, (breakfast and dinner) whilst good quality, became rather “samey” after a week. The waiting staff were all lovely and friendly though. The lunches we had at the pool bar were good, and the service there was excellent. Prices for drinks were on the steep-ish side, but not horrendous. (We thought that whilst being told that the tap water is not drinkable, then to be charged for each bottle of water that is brought to your table, is a little cheeky?!) There were a few housekeeping niggles during our week, (just little things like tea and coffee supplies not being replenished), but irritating nonetheless when you have been led to expect a five-star hotel level of service. One point I would like to make is the seeming lack of an eco-policy. Whilst I understand that Greece itself has limited recycling and eco-friendly facilities in place, I believe that a hotel such as Olea could start playing its part, by ditching the unnecessary plastic straws, the endless plastic bottles, and the cling-film wrap for instance? Overall, a beautiful concept hotel, with stunning views and friendly warm staff. Some tiny niggles from our point of view, but these could be easily ironed out with a little bit of refinement.
