perfetto in tutto ! grz !

un'ottima soluzione per un soggiorno nel piccolo borgo di steni vala a circa 10 km dal porto di Patitiri e old alonissos . a circa 10 minuti potrai raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle dell'isola Lefti Gialos , Milia , Kokkinastro , Agios Dimitios Ag Petros ecc. noi siamo stati benissimo ; bellissime le camere , ottimo il servizio e la colazione stra consigliato !!

Αμέλεια και αστοχίες

Θα ήθελα, καταρχάς, να ενημερώσω πως ήταν ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και ικανοποιητικό και η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική στη Στενή Βάλα της Αλοννήσου. Ο λόγος που τοποθετώ στη συγκεκριμένη αξιολόγηση 1/5, είναι ο εξής: παρόλο που το δωμάτιο «Piperi» ήταν κομψό, με ωραία θέα και ήσυχο στο πιο ψηλό σημείο του ξενοδοχείου, το εν λόγω δωμάτιο δεν κάλυψε τις απαιτήσεις που αρμόζουν στην ποιότητα / τιμή ενός τέτοιου ξενοδοχείου αλλά κυρίως στην αντιμετώπιση σε εμάς (πελάτες) ως προς τις ατυχείς υπηρεσίες και αστοχίες από πλευράς της Ιδιοκτησίας του ίδιου του ξενοδοχείου. Στις αστοχίες αναφέρω χαρακτηριστικά και αποκλειστικά για το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο - για να μην παρεξηγηθώ - α) τη βασική αμέλεια της κατεστραμμένης πριζας που έσκασε και έκαψε δυο ασφάλειες με τεράστιο κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξίας, β) το κλιματιστικό που είχε βλάβη και έτρεχε σαν βρύση έχοντας τοποθετήσει μια λεκάνη από κάτω του χωρίς καμιά ενημέρωση τι θα αντιμετωπίζαμε όταν θα το τοποθετούσαμε σε λειτουργία, γ) το ανύπαρκτο σήμα Wi-Fi όπου ενημερωθήκαμε μόνο αυτό το δωμάτιο ειχε πρόβλημα, δ) στο μπάνιο μύριζε έντονα η αποχέτευση. Το πιο σοβαρό ήταν ο κίνδυνος της ηλεκτροπληξίας, τα υπόλοιπα οκ, μπορούν να συμβούν. Οφείλω όμως να τα παραθέσω, προς γνώση και συμμόρφωση. Πέρα από αυτά, θα έβαζα στην αξιολόγηση 5/5 και είναι κρίμα. Ευχαριστώ για την προσοχή.

A wonderful relaxing hotel.

4 Epoches is the most delightful find! It is everything we look for in a Greek island hotel. It has a lovely setting, is well cared for, and provides excellent service. The rooms are a decent size and have all the facilities you could need to enjoy a restful holiday. The staff are all very friendly and helpful: Katerina, Jack, the room service lady... but actually everyone - even those whose names we don't know. If you need a peaceful, laid back holiday in a delightful environment, then 4 Epoches is the place for you! A big thank you to everyone, following a wonderful holiday. We hope to see you again in the future!

Friendly welcome

We spent a comfortable and relaxing two-week holiday in this delightful hotel. The location is excellent: a short walk to the tavernas and beautiful harbour of Steni Vala, whilst the lovely Glyfa Beach is nearby. It was good for strolls to admire the lush forest and endless olive groves as well as bus trips into Patitiri and the old Chora. We had an upstairs room with a balcony, giving us a good view. The pool is fine, if slightly shallow.

Best kept secret!

This is a small hotel with the accommodation mostly overlooking the swimming pool. Ground floor rooms have flat access to the pool, the rooms above have a balcony. The staff at the hotel are, without exception, super helpful and friendly. You are made to feel very welcomed from check in to (sad) departure! Our room was clean and tidy with no faults to report. The bed, in our room (2 singles pushed together - no complaint) was fine and comfy. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt and cooked stuff. A short walk will take you to the fishig village where there are a handful of good tavernas, a well stocked mini market and gift shop. Tassia Cooking recommended but best book as it is v popular. Short walk away is Suelto beach cafe which is surrounded by olive trees, small beach, loungers and a v chilled vibe. Our hire car was mostly unused as this is such a great area.
