Bra hotell i flotte grønne omgivelser. Bra strand og bassengområdet for avslapping. Bra frokost, ok restauranttilbud. Avhengig av transport til sentrum av Nusa Dua da det er mørke smale veier. God tilgang på transport/taxi. Avslappende og gode omgivelser.
Fantastisk hotell og fantastisk service
Bodde her i 1 natt og hotellfasilitetene er glimrende. Brukte treningsstudio, restauranten, bassenget, privat strand, roomservice osv. Alt leverte til en sekser på terningen. Hit skal jeg definitivt reise igjen. Anbefales! 😄 Servicen er helt topp på alle delene av hotellet. Restauranten har utsøkt mat og herlig utsikt når man spiser utendørs langs strands om kvelden. Elsket det!
Worst Hilton experience ever. Not even 1star.
These Hilton Ressort is the worst Hilton I’ve ever visited. As a Hilton diamond member with around 150nights in hotels a year (also with different brands) I saw a lot of hotels before. The hotel is still under construction with a big renovation going on, now already for months. It was not mentioned to us that this renovation will be not finished once we arrived. And you see, hear and feel everywhere parts of this renovation process. A holiday feeling is impossible with this going on. We got an ugly room in the cliff tower. The room was small, dirty and not worth the money. Even the Hilton is in comparison with other hotels round the corner not that expensive. Don’t even think about an upgrade in this hotel if you are a diamond member at Hilton. Better go to the Conrad for getting upgrades and a worthful treatment. We stayed the nights before in the Sofitel honeymoon suite (also platinum member with Accor) and in comparison to the Sofitel this Hilton is not worth the penny. The hotel management treat their loyalty guests in an unbelievable rude manner. This is disrespectful against the guest and the whole Hilton brand. Not even a late checkout was possible for us even the hotel was completely empty. Who guess why. The arrogance and unfriendliness of the management is far away from usual. Cheating their guests that all the rooms are fully occupied is not really useful when the hotel reservation system shows plenty of rooms available and the hotel. We are not even talk about the empty breakfast/pool and other places round the hotel. But who'd like to visit such a hotel. I talked to some of the guys working there and asked if this rate of occupancy is normal but they said there are far less hotel guests here than usual. Not that we have a problem with no guests at the hotel. Sometimes it's pretty nice to have the breakfast room completely for yourself. And if there are hundreds of empty deckchairs available at the pool or at the beach. Beautiful. But scary as well. The beach could be beautiful if they would clean it up from dirt and seaweed. In this hotel everything is a could. It could be nice, when they would do their homework. So dear Hotel Management: Don’t lie to your loyal guests and don’t cheat them! Do your homework and treat your guests like you'd like to be treated. They pay for their holidays to get the best not the worst experience you can deliver. The one point given to the Hilton is for their friendly staff at the pool and in the newly renovated breakfast room. This room looks nice and the staff working there is pretty friendly. Food in the breakfast room is ok, looks better than it tastes but if the whole hotel would be like this it would have at least a three star rating. Five is far away from reality and this won’t change even the renovation is finished. A quick look at the Exec lounge. Better forget this lounge as the evening cocktails food are just two sorts of canapé, a bit of cheese and sausage and some a bit of a self drink service. Not worth the time to spend even a min there. Hilton should ban this hotel from its brand and change quickly the complete management team as this is undoubtedly not acceptable in any way. Good luck!
Great Hilton Addition in Bali
Awesome Hotel, great Service, Excellent Food, Gorgeous beach, fabulous Pool area. Very attentive employees, helpful and friendly, would recommend the Beach Bar area late afternoon and early evenings, nice atmosphere and very cool drinks. Will definitely stay at this Resort when I get back to Bali.
Wonderful Hotel, staff and facilities.
Myself, my wife and daughter stayed here for 2 weeks in April 2019. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome and like individuals. The hotel is beautiful being set into the cliff face overlooking the sea and the public areas and grounds are immaculate. There is always someone sweeping up or trimming hedges etc so everywhere always looks its best. We stayed in the Cliff Tower in an Executive room. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was very spacious as was the bathroom with both a walk in shower and a separate bath. There were two double beds and a large balcony with a wonderful view overlooking the pool areas and out to sea. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are of an extremely high quality. The room was always extremely clean and was serviced at least twice, sometimes 3 times per day! We ate breakfast in the Grain restaurant everyday. The choice of breakfast is vast with every breakfast option you could ever want. Again the greeting staff and waiting staff at the Grain were excellent. The pool areas are excellent and, even though the hotel was full there never seemed to be anybody around! Obtaining a sunbed was never a problem. My daughter used the kids club a few times and found the staff friendly and helpful although there weren't many children in there most of the time. The facilities in there are good with an outside area, climbing wall, 'raised fort' type thing and plenty of other things to do. I felt safe leaving may daughter here. As a Diamond Hilton Honors member I and my family were made to feel very special and the benefits we received were excellent. The Executive Lounge was superb, a very quiet spot with its own private infinity pool, sun loungers and private 'cabanas'. The lounge served afternoon tea every day between 3 and 4 pm and cocktails between 5 and 7 pm. A special mention has to be made of Dwiyana who worked in the Executive Lounge. He ALWAYS went out of his way to ensure we were having the best experience and should be commended for this. We ate in the Shore Restaurant on a few occasions, both at lunch and dinner and found that the choice was great and the quality of the food excellent. I can heartily recommend the pork and calamari meatballs! Overall I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would like to thank the Manager and staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
