Nytt og flott hotel, med veldig hyggelige ansatte! Bra at dei kunne tilby transport til f.eks Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa) og strandliv.

Great hotel

I come here a lot for business, the staff are lovely! The valet always welcome me with a smile and remember who I am, the front desk and concierge are very accommodating when I forget my phone charger and frantically ask them for one. It’s a perfect location with Dubai mall and DIFC only a short taxi ride away. I would really recommend this hotel!

Great experience with a minor snafu

We spent two nights at this property on our way back to the US. It was a family trip intended for Dubai sightseeing. Even though our check in time was 3pm and we arrived at 9AM the front desk staff were very welcoming and courteous. They gave us a room within 30 minutes and did not charge extra. They also gave us discounted vouchers for breakfast while our room was being prepared. The breakfast spread was very impressive and diverse. Additionally, we had not booked any activities before coming in. The tour guide in the lobby was simply awesome and took the time to understand our situation (2 young boys) and stay and helped us craft the perfect way to maximize our stay and value for money. When we ran late for the desert safari they were kind enough to wait for us without any fuss. The only issue we had was with the hot water in the shower which was basically luke warm. Even after repeatedly getting it checked by the technician it failed to meet our expectations. It was not a deal breaker but more of an annoyance. All in all a great experience and value for money.

Heart & Soul - Xmas Festivity

Last Thursday as I sat down in my Let’s Work cubby at My Square, I happened on joyous laughter downstairs. Looking down, I could see children flocked around the Xmas tree at the center stage of the lobby. When an organisation arranges to have Santa entertain children of special needs, share the spirit of love, festivity, dedicate time and effort selflessly, you know they have the right team behind them. Well done to the team & management of Double Tree for caring for Jad's Inclusion kids. Great job on bringing about smiles not just the kids, but onlookers too. Special shout out to Leigh who appears to have the ability to be in 5 places at once! :)... Kudos to you guys!

Wow, what can I say, the service myself and my family received from Prakash, when dining at the square restaurant was first class. His charisma and positive energy made our dining experience. This guy needs a promotion! There was another young male waiter from Nepal too who served us on our second night who was amazing too! Whilst the buffet food needs improving, the food the chefs cooked us from the menu was absolutely delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton.

Double trouble not doubletree

I liked the location of this hotel cause it's in a quiet area and nearby the downtown. there was only one agent at the reception the time I came in for check-in and she saw that I was waiting for a long time and I heard her calling the back office for assistance. later Cathy came to assist me and I was surprised that she was a team leader and chewing gum. it didn't feel appropriate however she assisted me pretty well for upgrade and check-in. she did not take her time and share hotel facility and she didn't ask if this was the first time visiting the hotel so I didn't bother to ask and use any facility in the hotel except the room service. I booked breakfast in another hotel. I didn't like the attitude of the bell boys and the concierge captain was rude. he left the car key inside the car with the window open not bothered at all that someone could easily take the car and leave. irresponsible action from him and when I confronted about it, he reacted rudely and he didn't even bother to apologise. when I asked the bell boy what's wrong with this guy he simply replied by saying that " he is crazy". I was like wooooow what the hell. anyway the check out was smooth and there was a lovely lady who checked me out and she was professional. Spacious room and I loved the bathroom structure. I did the booking through booking.com under name of Aamna Al Shehhi check in date 30th Nov and stayed for 2 nights.
