Amazing holiday destination

We had a great time at the resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Animation Team were amazing and fun specially Toni Macaroni !! Very good service and nice atmosphere. Very recommended. Will definitely go back.

Hotel not so great but animation team was lovely

Although the weather was awful we had a lovely holiday. All thanks to the guys from the animation team Toni and Sam. They were so friendly and tried everything to make it the best. Thanks a lot guys. You are truely amazing. All the staff were very friendly too. Just because of the bad weather we stayed a lot inside and so did most of the people. The hotel is too small for so many people. The restaurant, the lobby it was all so full; no places. Ofcourse when the weather is good you will not notice it. But we did. The room was very poor. We booked a family room. The master bedroom was at the backside which meant no supervision on the kids sleeping in the front near the door. The beds were soft. The bathroom too small for a family room, when you took a shower everything got wet. The baby bed which they provided us was broken. Also the high chairs in the restaurant were wobbly. For the very little ones there was nothing like a play ground or toys, so my baby got kind of bored, because it was too cold to swim. The miniclub is great for the bigger ones but there is nothing to do for the kids under the age of 4. The food in the restaurant was good. Every night different themes. The toilets in the lobby and near the swimming pool werent able to be locked. Just in the last days the put a lock on it. So that was kind of awkward sometimes 🤭 Hotel not so great but thanks to the lovely animation team we still had a nice holiday

Fantastic family holiday

Great hotel ideally situated close to beach a few bars shops restaurants on your doorstep,very clean I've just come back from a 10 night stay and my room was cleaned every single day,the food was your typical all inclusive was abit repetitive but of good quality and plenty of choice,you would never go hungry as when the restaurant was closed there was a snack bar and sandwiches,pasta/salad pots always available,the drinks I personally think were the best selection I've ever had with all inclusive overall the best thing about the hotel were the staff from the second we arrived when we had a young man carry our luggage and show us directly to our room to show us how to get the Wi-Fi code how to use the air conditioning etc,every member of staff would say hello to you if your paths crossed even the manager was always making himself known constantly walking around the hotel would always say hello to you have a chat and he was a laugh I've never experienced that before but a shout out has to go to Tony the daytime barman who went above and beyond to help you chat with you have a laugh,but the biggest shout out is to the 2 animation lads toni and Sam they work so hard made us feel so welcome had a right laugh with them they would even come and sit down and have a chat with you in the evening so chatty and approachable they will be missed. Overall a lovely hotel would not hesitate to go back my only 1 negative would be the pool could be bigger but apart from that it was spot on

Honest welsh review dazza 1973

Just stayed here for a week and to be honest can’t complain about much , reception staff are polite and helpful and always say hello bar staff and restaurant staff excellent hotel is spotless drinks are ok food was very good and although people complain about being repetitive we did not find that at all of course they will always have the basics everyday but plenty of other choice going on as well . Location is ok couple of bars and restaurants close by if you fancy a change beach is pebbled and a lot of private areas but there is public access and the sea is lovely. Entertainment is ok and something is better than nothing , my only suggestion to the manager would be to speak to the animation team as they are very selective in who they ask to participate in anything they do not ask all to be involved I am 50 and always up for a game of something but myself and family all of a similar age we’re not approached once all week for any activity so very disappointed with that. Otherwise would definitely recommend this hotel for a weeks break
