Could be better

First of all we waiting for check in for about 40 minutes with two kids tired from the trip and exhausted from the hot weather. Was missing one seat from the kids bed and one towel. Also there was no pillow for the kids. Reception closes at 21:30 in high season period and we wanted a bottle of water but none one was there. They told us to dial number 9 from the phone at the room but the phone was not working. The positive thing is that the room is big and clean. The pool is nice and also there is a part in the pool which is appropriate for the kids. Overall it could be better.

Nice hotel

Visited in August 2019 as a couple and stayed at the front of the hotel in room 316, which is a 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Nice clean apartment and quite big. Air con in both rooms and a balcony to both the front and rear, although no seating on the front. Not really a problem as there were dining chairs that could be used if needed. The apartments are up a hill from Finikounda and the beach and also has steps, depending on where your room is. Not necessarily suitable for people with walking difficulties if they don't have appropriate transport. Short walk to the beach and tavernas but worth it and only takes a few minutes. Good pools as well. We don't usually use the pools unless our adult kids are with us but the 2 at the Panorama were very nice and not crowded at all. The staff that we dealt with were all very nice and the rooms were cleaned daily. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Panoramic view, but some attention to the in-door facilities is needed

We were a family of 3 (2 adults and a child) in a rather large apartment with 2 rooms, facing the pool and the sea side. The panoramic view is beautiful, and the rooms are very spacious, the apartment could easily accommodate for one more child. The time of the year (end of May) we visited the place, it was very peaceful and relaxing. Outdoor areas are well maintained. The inside facilities would need some attention, for example there are rusted things in the bathrooms. While there is a kitchen area, the items are spare, and there are no cleaning items provided - it didn't make sense for us staying for 3 nights to buy all sort of things in order to wash the dishes... Cleaning could also be better in my opinion.

Panorama - Yep, aptly named

We, a family of five spent two weeks here at the end of July. We travelled from Manchester and had two rooms with balconies facing the pool and a ‘panoramic view’ of finikouda and bay. Weather was great and the walk to town manageable but less fun in full sun. The final part of the return trip is quite steep but short. We found the staff very pleasant and they were quick to fix the fly screen that one of us walked through-very difficult to see with shades on. Staff were more concerned that we may have hurt ourselves and not at all bothered about the screen. (Which was promptly fixed btw). Breakfast was fine without being special but we welcomed not having to think or plan where and what to eat first thing. Broadly the sun loungers/shaded seating worked- they were full at times but usually just for short periods and it just seemed to work out naturally. I think people occasionally went to the beach and used loungers there or into town for lunch (we did). Apartments were quite large with little kitchen and Fridge/Freezer and kettle. Cleaned regularly and I think sheets changed every second day if I recall correctly. The hotel is quiet although no food of note (toasties available) outside of breakfast. It worked for our family, a relaxing pleasant place to stay with a good pool. We’d consider going again.

Poor room service

The inside of the bathroom is too old and in bad condition. The bathroom rug is totally worn off... the cleaning staff constantly does not make the beds. The pool bar does not even have a knife to give us when we requested one to slice an apple. I do not recommend it.
