Magical Myconian Ambassador Relais & Chateau Hotel

We were surprised and delighted every day by the beauty, friendliness, excellent service and the lengths the Myconian Ambassador Relais & Chateau Hotel would go to to make our mother/daughter trip a very memorable vacation. From the moment we were welcomed at reception we knew we were in for something very special. Our room was spacious, gorgeous, comfortable fluffy beds and the view from our balcony was spectacular ! Each and every staff were gracious and helpful, always with a smile. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but Leonides and his crew offered impeccable, attentive service at the restaurant and around the pool and they were so much fun! The breakfast buffet was delicious, thy knew we needed gluten free and there were plenty of options. The buffet offered had an extensive variety to choose from including a fantastic champagne and mimosa bar. The location was close to the beach wth many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. We were a short 15 minute walk up the hill to the elegant Scorpios beach restaurant, but you can't return in the dark the same way so it is a 40 minute taxi ride. When we left, our transfer ride to the ferry did not arrive, so they sent us off in their own van to make sure we were on time- no charge. We were island hopping and 3 days at the Myconian was way too short, we were sad to leave and appreciate everything they did to make our trip magical. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to go back again.

Luxury Service & Accommodations!

We had the most amazing time at this gorgeous hotel! The staff was so professional, attentive & kind. They truly made every guest feel special from the moment you step foot on their beautiful, family-owned property. We were greeted with refreshing beverages, cool hand towels & a comfy place to relax as the host the host checked us in, no lines to wait in. Then the host took us on a full tour of the breath-taking hotel. We immediately took advantage of the unique offerings and pampering that the spa had to offer followed by dinner at the lovely restaurant overlooking the Aegean Sea & the gorgeous pool area. It truly was a one of a kind experience that we would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a romantic getaway!

The Myconian Ambassador makes all other 5 star resorts look like 4 stars.

The Myconian Ambassador is a solid 5 star resort and we were treated like royalty from the minute they picked us up at the ferry port to the minute we checked out. The staff were absolutely incredible as was the resort itself. The spa, restaurant, and location did not disappoint. Steps to the beach and many restaurants. The breakfast each morning was the best we have ever had. The views are unbelievable. We stayed at 4 different hotels in various parts of Greece in the last 2 weeks and the Myconian is the only one I would ever go back to.

Mykonos Ambassador Hotel Be Aware

The location and hotel are fantastic, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool is very nice and service at pool is outstanding as well as breakfast. I am only giving 3 stars as the Managment and front desk fail to understand a customer’s complaints and argue there points. We had dinner our first night in there Fine dining restaurant, 2 hours after our salad our main course came. I returned mine as lost appetite. They offered complementary desserts but should have offered N/C for the meal. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they said the manager told them 25 min delay, there were 4 of us that disputed but instead of accepting responsibility fluffed it off,. Again at checkout reiterated our complaint and no accommodation on the charge. 2nd we booked a tour to Delos from the hotel 80E each including transport to the dock for ferry. We asked if local bus goes to dock by little Vince and was advised it’s a different dock. In reality the tour transit 20 E each dropped us off on the other side of the dock with a long walk, if anyone is handicapped or has walking issues forget it. The local bus 2E lets you off near ferry a short walk but the staff didn’t advise option. We returned and asked them why you did not advise us the option and there response was the local bus is sometimes delayed( ride is 25min) but we should have the option and can plan to be there in advance as plenty of time to walk around . We are Not thrifty travelers but also don’t liked being ripped off. Bottom line the property , pool, location are very good but for the prices charged I cannot provide a better raising. FYI I travel internationally for business and vacation and if by myself would have checked out after the 1st night based on our treatment at dinner and there response Sorry Ambassador but facts are facts

This hotel has been one of the best experiences we have had in all of our trips. It exceeded our expectations by far It was amazing across all aspects. The service exceeded our expectations, since our arrival, we were welcomed by very friendly staff who managed the check in process super smoothly, then were upgraded to a very nice sea view room. The concierge service was impecable, always at our service with a smile and willing to help us in all of our inquiries (restaurants, directions, map, beach) Then, the room was spotless, super calm, relaxing and comfy, with a beautiful view to the sea. The breakfast was very lavish, the buffet it included a wide variety of fruits, nuts, cereal, spreads, bread, cold cuts and cheeses, and then they had an "a la carte" menu of eggs different styles, and other hot breakfasts, also included. the pool was super relaxing, with a great atmosphere and chill music playing all day long. The drinks at the pool were also delicious They provided towels for the beach, which was near by (2-4 min walk). The beach nearby was beautiful and had very good options for food and drinks The hotel restaurant was also amazing, delicious food and impecable service We also tried the spa which was very nice and relaxing, and the service fees were very reasonable In summary, our experience was perfect, nothing to complain about, on the contrary, they really impressed us. We had a great time... looking forward to come back some time in the future.
