Stilig, god service - reiser gjerne tilbake

Velholdt, gjennomført stilig, god service! Tilbrakte 10 dager på Numo, brukte nesten alle fasilitetene, fra basseng, strand, bar, treningsrom og restauranter. Vennlig personal, god mat til behagelig prisnivå. Prøvde begge restaurantene, hvor Tamarisk utvilsomt er den beste. Godt utvalg til frokost. God service, men litt ujevnt på tempo, vi måtte vente lenge til tider. Tenker dette er oppstartsproblemer som forbedres. Stille og rolig sted, var inne i Ieeapetra noen kvelder, her er det flere gode spisesteder, men veldig rolig. Prøvde også en sjømatrestaurant i andre retning som var veldig bra (Pelagos). Rommet var romslig, praktisk og flott innredet. Merk at mange gjester er tidlig oppe for å legge håndkle på solsenger, både på strand og ved basseng. Reiser gjerne tilbake, og dersom du ønsker en rolig og avslappende ferie med god mat i fine omgivelser er dette stedet.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week! The hotel is really recommendable, the food is excellent and the menu wide. Our room was also very pleasant. Generally kept very hygienic. We were also allowed to participate in a wine tasting event, nice memories. A very nice hotel!

Beautiful hotel with friendliest staff ever.

This new hotel is very beautiful and luxury. The two swimming pools, with plenty of sun beds, the garden: superb. The food is nice, everyone can find something of his taste. Staff is very kind and friendly always looking for solutions, giving great advice on things you can do. Little details make the difference (pop corn during the open air cinema, fresh green leaves in the rooms…). If you want to see the surroundings (which are splendid) a car is necessary. The beautiful Sarakina gorge is a must! But also the quiet villages and beaches in the eastern part of the island are worth a visit.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

Just come back from the most amazing/relaxing holiday with my sister This hotel is absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean. Staff are very helpful and super friendly Although hotel was booked to full capacity you get a feeling that you are the only guests, no one needs to reserve Sun loungers (which are plentiful) either by pool or beach Restaurants are excellent with lots of choice for all palates We visited the spa a couple of times for spa experience - this too was amazing Rooms are delightful, clean and have everything you could possibly require Taxis are available if requested, we had a couple of trips to Ierapetra where there are boutiques, shops and restaurants If you get chance we recommend Stefanos Tours in Ierapetra for organised trips Definitely will go here again

AMAZING stay at an AMAZING hotel

Writing a review about the Numo hotel, this can only be done with superlatives: great greater greatest. We had an amazing stay at the most fantastic hotel we have ever been! Let's start with the hotel: a brand new one where one (or multiple?) designers did a really great job: all is cozy and very well designed. The rooms are very comfortable and have all modern amenities. Our room was situated in the 'village', we have to agree, when seated at our balcony, we really felt as is we were in the center of an authentic little Greek village :). The pools and beach: although the water of the pools is not heated, it's a welcome refreshment during sunbathing. The waiters servings drinks and snacks makes you don't have to leave your sunbed at all (you don't even have to open the sunscreen yourself!) The restaurants, both Menoa and Tamarisk (Kafene was not open during our stay) serve delicious food at very reasonable prices: the buffet of Tamarisk is so large, yet all very fresh and balanced food (as well in the morning as in the evening). No matter what you prefer to eat (vegan, gluten free, healthy, meat, fish....), they have thought about everything! also the Menoa restaurant we can definitely recommend: really high-standard food served like small artworks. For what is concerned the staff: they are all amazing! From the very moment you arrive, they make you feel like if you are the only guest (which is definitely not the case!), they are so very kind and helpful. We have stayed in 5* hotels in Europe, we have never seen staff that kind as at the Numo hotel! Every single person working over here, no matter what is there job, will always greet you with a smile when you cross them and help you where they can! Only one suggestion we would like to make is to the UnderWaterGallery: we had booked a boat trip to go snorkeling at the Chrissi Island. Although we paid 90€ per person, we didn't get much in return: the boat turned out to be a zodiac with no chairs, so sitting on the rubber band. It goes so fast you really have to hold very tight not to fall off. We have seen only one fish while snorkeling (apparently to soon in the season) and the water was really really cold (although they had said a wet-suit was not necessary). From the 4h trip, we only spend like 30 minutes in the water, the rest we were sitting on the boat. We just thought that for such a price, we would at least have got something to drink (other than water, which was available at the boat) or a decent boat. We suppose this was a test trip since the season for boat trips was not yet started (at the village of Ierapetra, you can only book this snorkeling trip from the month of June). So if they are planning to continue this snorkeling trip, which should absolutely be possible, please foresee a decent boat (there are so many fishing boats at the harbor, one must be pleased to bring the tourist to the island?), make sure there will be fish to see and foresee wet-suits, not just upon request. A small picnic or an appetizer will make it complete. But to conclude: we had a really amazing stay at the hotel and we wont' hesitate to recommend it to everyone! If you want to feel and be treated like a king/ queen, just come to Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort, they won't disappoint you! Thank you so much to everyone working at Numo, you are all amazing!
