100/10 !!!!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything about this hotel is to die for. It was my birthday and they left a birthday cake in my room for me. The service is 10/10, the reception staff are so kind and give every guest a tour of the hotel. The cleaning staff are amazing, cleans your room so great. The staff in the breakfast and dining area are just the best, they don’t allow you to take your own plate to the bin, they clean and pick up your plates off the table once you’ve finished which I think is so good and top service. All staff greet you as you walk past them. The staff on the beach are also amazing as they’re always right there incase you want to order a cocktail while you catch a tan. The food at this hotel is amazing, so many options to choose from. The hotel is located on the beach which is great and probably a 2 minute walk from my hotel room. There is also shisha available in the hotel which you can order. And water sports on the beach which isn’t expensive at all. I would 100% recommend this hotel and definitely be going back again. Perfect for couples!

Amazing!!

Came with my family to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time. We had to change hotels last minute to this one and it’s the best decision we ever made. The hotel was great, rooms were very clean with great staff as well. We got the rooms with private pools and a sea view which was amazing. We opted for half board as the hotel is within the vicinity of almost everything from pharmacies, restaurants, gelato shops, shops, supermarkets and even the airport as well as the beach(to be fair it’s a beach hotel). So yeah we wanted to explore so once in a while we ate out. Only thing that made me sad was the selection of channels and programs on the telly. It was definitely minor and you can’t have it all obviously but after a long day you’d want to watch something on tv in your room but there was no movie or program in English. It’s obviously something one can overcome but for people who’d expect to watch some English tv programs, this is something to bare in mind. With that said, I’d definitely recommend it :)

Spa experience

Spa experience was the best I’ve ever had. I had the most amazing masseuse, Elena. She really knew what she was doing a gave special attention to the extra tense parts of my back. Her and Emma were so friendly and my trip to the spa was honestly the highlight of my holiday.

Beautiful Hotel and Welcoming Staff

Me and my partner stayed here for one week and we where blown away when we walked into the reception. The hotel was spotless, well designed and smelt amazing. We where treated so well by all of the staff they made us feel very welcomed and are hardworking. The blonde haired lady who worked on the pool bar deserves a pay rise she never stopped all day and made sure we always had a drink. Nothings too much trouble. Rooms where immaculate and the cleaners would come in everyday if you wanted them too. The view from our room wasn’t great but we didn’t mind. Water pressure was brilliant and was hot straight away. Food wasn’t the best I wouldn’t be happy if we paid for all inclusive. We where half board and didn’t enjoy breakfast so we skipped it and changed it too lunch instead (a great idea I like that you get to chose!). It was abit repetitive, I didn’t mind it but my partner was more fussy. We prefer to eat out anyways. You have to pay for your drink with your meal which i thought was disappointing. I thought a free glass of water/soft drink may have been included. Sunloungers where so comfy! I wouldn’t like to come during peak season as you would be fighting for one as they can quickly fill up. A lot of ‘influencer’ wannabes here, each to their own but put down your phone for once and be in the moment! We came when Crete suffered some bad weather so would advise going earlier on in the year if you want constant sunshine. A lot of the bars where getting ready to close down so not as much was going on. There is a great strip of restaurants/bars on the beach that do delicious food and would be bouncing in the summer time. I recommend Cavos/Scorpio restaurants for food and Shenanigans/Malibu for drinks! Thanks for a great week. Also the lattes from the beach bar are the best I have ever tried!

We had the loveliest massage from Elena At the spa best message I have ever had for both me and my daughter 10/10 would recommend. Each massage was customised to our needs and we felt cared for individually and as a family.
