Looks amazing realistically it’s atrocious

We changed to this hotel last minute due to the bad reviews we had for skeleta, and honestly I don’t know if it was worth it. Yes the hotel was clean but that was the only good thing. The food was basic n awful all the meat was boiled flies all over. The drinks all inclusive did not start until half 10, and the cocktails plus all spirits was raki which was horrible. The cocktails were food colouring Raki and lemonade. There was nowhere indoors to relax, no Wi-Fi on the room, the tv only had Greece channels. Our shower broke n was only cold water numerous times. The bar staff were miserable and smoked while serving you it was not nice at all. Definitely would not recommend for a week long holiday. We ate out every day after the first day.

Very nice and convenient location

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. I also had a great view of the bay. Lovedthe view from the restaurant, overlooking the water at night. There were also other restaurants, stores etc in walking distance. . I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.

Nearly there !!!!!

Lots of pros but also lots of cons. Pros...... Clean modern rooms Friendly reception staff Good quiet location Clean modern table and chairs around the pool Great places to visít locally ie: Chania and Rethymno Lovely quite Village with good priced shops and restaurants Comfortable sunbeds Cons...... No covered dining area Lots and Lots of WASPS on food and while you ate F&B manager and bár man smoking behind the bár while serving drinks and not washing hands 🤮 come on, please get with the 21st century of professionalism in the hospitality Industrial. Below average food and drink choice for all inclusive No sun beds around the pool Pool a feature as very user unfriendly

My first solo trip

I have just got back from a 4 day stay here. What can I say. I was apprehensive as this was my first holiday travelling alone.. I needn't have been . This place is amazing. The front house staff are exceptional. Denis on the bar was superb. Katalina ( hope I spelt that correctly) Who served breakfast and dinner was amazing. Room was huge and immaculate. Cleaned every day .. You made me fall in love with Greece all over again.. Until next time 👌💯🇬🇷❤️

Lovely experience

I absolutely loved this hotel. The service was fantastic. Excellent location. The rooms were clean, front desk was courteous and overall the service was excellent. My rate included breakfast for two. The food was fresh, good portions and good selection on the menu. I would definitely stay here again.
