For mye mas fra selgere, mas om tips, trege kelnere, dårlig i informasjon, ingen bankautomat, alt for mye søppel rundt hotellet, utrygt å gå utenfor området, men mye måtte betales kontant, bare små shot glass til frokosten, tydelig forskjellsbehandling av de som ga mye tips, til tider ignorering. De burde ha oppslag i resepsjonen over show, tider for aerobic osv, ikke folk som hele tiden gikk og ropte

Nice familyhotell

The kitchenchiefs was GREAT, very helpful and understanding about our son Celiac disease! If you hav Celiac you NEED to bring some gluten-free food with you, and the kitcenchiefs will do there best to help. One bad thing I want to inform You about, is the boatrip with Holiday Check.!!!! This agents are going on hotel beach and sell this trip. We bought 2 cdś from our boattrip, and was PROMISE nice picture of our family and the life under the sea. But, on the cdś it was a egyptian english film and a film from our boatripgroup and the time when we where snorkling,dancing and so on. This is NOT what we was informed about and was paying!!! ANGRY and SAD of course!!!

Excellent

I have been in this hotel recently it is a great relaxing place with many water sport activities and entertainment, sandy beach,very helpful employees evrey where, large and well equipped rooms with magnificent views, sure i will come back thanks😍🤗

The staff & Location

Amazing place the beach is on the front for all watersports kite and windsurfing at ION centre, izzy and the team are amazing. Imp Shams Hotel food- amazing buffet, chefs look amazing the team (staff) amazing room-clean and attended to daily Fridge- not the best but functional. Entertainment- They try hard but not my cup of tea but its there and other people did enjoy it...showtime!

The hotel very good it's my second time here The room very nice the food very good test The stuff nice We have no problems always everything so good The animation so good super Katasha very good animation smile all the time

Great holidays ☺️

This hotel very nice and everything great The room so clean the stuff very kind The food testy wifi working good The animator program very good not boring Katasha he id very good cheif animator so good person always smile and kind like him so much
