Poor Service Attitude
I’ve now seen seven hotels in Dubai with the last two months. Everywhere treated with respect and smile, however, now I know a hotel where the staff destroys your day by their nonexistent service attitude. Forget all privileges if you are a HHonors Diamond or Gold member, all customers get equally bad service. Each guest has a limit of two hours by the pool because of “government restrictions”, so don’t come to relax and enjoy the weather to Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha! I understand there are restrictions during the pandemic, however, they can be implemented in a customer friendly way. The horribly noisy a/c system keeps you awake all night. During Ramadan 2021 suhoor breakfast not worth waking up to, the regular breakfast so and so. The best moment was checking out. Usually I don’t mind staying at Hamptons but this was a big flop.
Amazing stay in Dubai
Great hotel, staff and location! It’s definitely a good choice for young people in a central location between Dubai Marina and downtown. Very close to the metro, large room, nice rooftop pool. Definitely good value for money.
Lovely hotel in Dubai
It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel ,I had a long stay for more than 10 days the hotel is great ,clean , organized,the location is perfect near everything Metro, restaurants supermarkets. Everything staff is perfect, helpful and extremely polite I'm sure if I came to Dubai again I'll stay here .
I really happy here in hampton by hilton albarsha,cleaning department is really very grateful.i fill like five star hotel.before I stayed in some five star hotel but there housekeeping was not perfect.i want to share my friends and relatives about this hotel..in this covid situation we want cleanness of room and this is I found in this hotel.receptionist ,kitchen staff also very helpful and great..I forget some staff name may be housekeeper MR.ALOK his room cleaning service was very well and pleasure..hotel standard is perfect.thank you hampton team...
A Beautiful First-Night in a Different City
My whole experience has started few days before it actually started. I made the booking like 4 days prior to the day if arrival. My plane lands at 4 AM and the hotel’s policy says that the check-in is at 15:00. I called the hotel and Mellisa answered my call. She genuinely said that she would do her best, even it all depends on the availability of rooms. Few hours later, I received an email from Terence who said that they were working on it to assure that I get to check in early. Luckily, my plane had delayed. I reached the hotel at 13:00. Mellisa welcomed me in a very friendly manner. I asked her to change the room type. She immediately did that. To be honest, the whole staff were really trying to make it easier for me. I can’t thank them enough. PS: the hotel provides AMAZING free breakfast.
