very nice staff - friendly and spreading happiness, absolutely delicious breakfast (including the brilliant waffle maker), clean rooms - very nice room cleaning service as well - all in all we can totally recommend this hotel for discovering Dubai.

a good location to go out on foot

Together with the Canopy hotel, also by Hilton, the Hampton is at the southern end of Al Seef, a great area by the creek to go out for a walk or to have dinner in one of many eating places there. Although with the Mosiya there is also a good Japanese restaurant at the Hampton itself, where I enjoyed a nice dinner on the last evening. Check-in by the friendly receptionist Doina was easy and pleasant. Unfortunately in daytime on the following days there was a man in charge there, who was just the opposite with his minimalistic approach to work, not being really helpful and giving wrong information. Like the whole hotel the room had playful colours and a map of Dubai on the ceiling. What didn't work was the reading lamp by the writing table and the reading lamp by the bed, which apparently are connected. Technicians came the next day, but they couldn't really fix it, just the lamp by the writing table was made to work in a temporary way. The bed was good, the room quiet and all was fine in the bathroom. Always plenty of water bottles were brought by the two smiling ladies in charge of the room service. On the 5th floor is a fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool with some loungers, but all was so small and crowded, that I didn't really enjoy it. Much more satisfaction gave me the breakfast with a good choice of dishes, that kept changing. It always had some Arab specialities like Fool Medames, Balila, Manakeesh or Poha, flattened rice from India, but also Frittata or Pancakes.

Great Breakfast with a lot of activities around the corner!

A summer getaway to remember with the abundance of choices to choose from the breakfast. We had an excellent experience & the rooms are so neat and comfortable. Kudos to the Team Hampton Al Seef. Keep it up!

Excellent service.

The room was very nice and clean. The housekeeper ‘SARITA’ was excellent. She was very kind and very attentive to my needs during the stay. I will definitely stay at Hampton by Hilton again. The Japanese restaurant was very good as well.

The worst Hilton facility I ever stay even been a Diamond members

New hotel already beat up. Shower head follow on my head, no trash cans, no hangers on the bathroom, noise, totally unprepared staff besides Julius front desk and the tourist counter lady trying to help the staff even not been an employee. The only pleasant place in the hotel is the Japanese restaurant staff and food, strongly recommended. For 300 USD a night you better sleep on the Dubai metro station and shower on the shopping mall.
