Excellent hotel with some small issues

The hotel really is great and the food they serve is extraordinary! We booked for a family trip and everything was fine except for some small things. There was some Baumit event that caused inconveniences for the guests. Without a notice the snack bar closed early one day and was closed entirely the next day, which was limiting our options to eat. We couldn’t enjoy the pizza, burgers, barbecue and poke bowls during that time. The most disappointing was that the stuff wasn’t aware because I was asking when it will open and they didn’t even know it was closed. On the last day they told us that we could use the night snack room during that time, but it has very limited options. Also, one of the days the fire alarm turned on late at night and we had to evacuate with our little kid who was very scared and stay outside in the cold. I can understand that it is not the hotels fault but we didn’t receive any apology and we wouldn’t even know what is the problem if I hadn’t asked specifically. Despite that, I would definitely visit again. It was very clear, the stuff is friendly, the food is great. My rate would be 9/10.

Truly Magnificent Hotel

On behalf of the whole Baumit Bulgaria team: This is a truly magnificent hotel! Baumit Bulgaria held a seminar on sustainable development and design there. The hotel is more than comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the conditions for conferences are perfect. The staff is extremely responsive and kind and organizes everything flawlessly. Purity has been raised into a cult. The restaurants are world class and the service everywhere is first class. The spa area offers all kinds of relaxation both inside and outside. We highly recommend this hotel and are glad we were guests there. Unforgettable experience!

Truly Magnificent Hotel

A magnificent hotel! Baumit Bulgaria held a seminar, focused upon on sustainable development and design there. The hotel is more than comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the conditions for conferences and events are perfect. The staff is extremely responsive and kind, and organizes everything flawlessly. Purity has been raised into a cult. The restaurants are world class and the service everywhere is faultless. The spa area offers all kinds of relaxation, both inside and outside. Great for families

Great facilities : adults pool - kids pool - inside heated pool and spa - playground for kids outside & inside. The Animation team is amazing! Antonio & the others are great playing with kids all ages. Rooms are very spacious but a little noisy. Food is more than enough and tasty. Beach is 2 minutes away. The hotel does not have a private beach.

Lovely relaxed family holiday

Family holiday We have enjoyed a wonderful 11 nights at Voya Beach. With being out of season the hotel was incredibly quiet (but this suited us perfectly) and the hotel didn’t let it slow them down. Kids club still in full swing which our little girl absolutely loved. Big thank you to Presi and Ivo and Vicky & Antonio who joined the team near the end of our holiday. Our little lady has come away with brilliant memories and souvenirs (painted T-shirt and painted drawstring bag) The hotel is wonderful. Rooms very spacious and lovely large balcony. We did notice a larger room option however this is not available from the hotel direct or Jet2 and is solely on booking.com (would be nice for this to contract to Jet2) Staff have been very pleasant and welcoming throughout. Food has been excellent. The a La carte restaurants are fantastic. We received 2 bookings so managed to visit Blanca & Noble. One recommendation would be to label food on the buffet better as a lot was unlabelled and when travelling with young fussy eaters this can be difficult when having to ask staff all the time and certainly more challenging should the hotel be busier in peak season. During our stay there were only 70 guests in total - 4 of which was our party. It is also advertised as having a children and baby buffet. Baby buffet is present and honestly fantastic if needed. Supply of baby food jars and pouches, yoghurts and even formula. However the kids buffet pretty much consisted of chips or battered cheese (which our daughter wouldn’t eat) Thank you for a lovely relaxed holiday. We hope to visit again soon.
